What do you like best about the product?

We rely on the system to consolidate a wide range of operational logs, academic-record performance indicators, and facility sensor readings into live command views that our technical team reviews and analyzes every day. Moving between workspaces, card groups, and filtered views is straightforward, which helps us keep the screen uncluttered and quickly spot data changes without digging through long menu paths. It connects directly to our PostgreSQL servers, cloud-based buckets, and Google Sheets, with no handshake failures and without needing cumbersome hourly spreadsheet imports. Even when we run complex, resource-heavy, multi-table transforms across tens of millions of rows of historical data during busy evaluation periods, the cloud engine keeps running smoothly and reliably, without browser lockups or execution timeouts.

What do you dislike about the product?

The intelligent engine embedded in the solution is excellent at capturing shifts in trends and forecasting seasonal surges, while filtering out operational noise. The product’s automatic data profiling feature also detects missing values automatically, which saves a significant amount of data preparation time. When we started deploying the software, the company’s technical account managers joined our setup sessions and helped us work through issues with the gateway connector within the first week.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enterprise-tier license acquisition can be costly, but avoiding pipeline engineering work and the ongoing effort of maintaining dashboards can still deliver a positive return on investment. Project leaders who aren’t technical experts can quickly get self-service access to live metrics without submitting engineering tickets, which saves several work hours each month. That said, configuring permission levels within the admin-layer structure can feel too inflexible, especially when you need to set up guest access for users from other departments. Also, visual cards that include multiple series may render poorly on older laptops. On top of that, tracking down syntax errors in complex calculations can be difficult at times. Even with these drawbacks, the platform’s high throughput, day-to-day reliability, and smooth tool integrations make it a strong everyday solution that ultimately justifies the cost.

I like how they make it easier for non technical users even with AI. Their documentation is also easy to follow along and understand a new feature

Sometimes they talk about upcoming beta features but it falls thru the cracks. Impersonation for example

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo is my life for the last 3 years. I’ve grown and I better concept my of everything I’m doing and can solve my data problems faster

I use Domo as an interface to provide analytics for my company as well as the advisers I work for. I appreciate the availability of Domo to assist and provide cutting-edge solutions. Domo effectively solves the data governance and the data analytics and visualization problems.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the speed at which solutions are provided to be an issue with Domo. The time frame for receiving solutions could definitely be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Domo solves my data governance, analytics, and visualization problems, providing an interface for analytics within my company and for advisors.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Domo can make really good visual dashboards and the fact that it can connect to thousands of cloud connectors. This is great for us because we deal with data coming from so many different places, like Google Analytics and Snowflake. The cloud connectors, which are directly built with native AI, make it easy to correlate this data.

Connectivity with NetSuite, Ease of pulling data using Suite Analytics Connect, Ability to merge multiple data sources

I don’t find the cards easy to create but once created, no concerns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing us to parse apart aggregated data in alternative reporting formats not available in NetSuite or NSPB.

What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy using Domo's Magic ETL feature. It's so intuitive and easy to use for transforming data, whether you stick to low-code options or dive deep with custom SQL. The visual representation of the model is fantastic, allowing me to quickly grasp the different transformations without having to click on each tile. Plus, I love how it can be personalized with sections, colors, and notes to make it even more useful. Learning Domo was straightforward for me, as the learning curve is pretty flat. You can go from knowing nothing to being productive in less than a month, which I find to be one of Domo's strongest points.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI when building apps isn't very intuitive and can get confusing at times. It opens a new table every time you edit in the analyzer, and then you have to close that tab and save the app again. This process is not a great experience and definitely needs to be improved.

Domo allows us to ingest customer data and create analytics artifacts. Magic ETL is intuitive for transforming data and building dashboards, which we embed in our platform for customers.

I like that Domo brings data from multiple sources into one easy-to-use dashboard, making it faster to monitor performance and share clear insights with the team.

Some advanced reporting and data setup can feel less intuitive, and dashboard customization sometimes takes more time than expected.

Domo centralizes our data and reduces the time spent pulling reports manually. It gives the team more timely visibility into performance, helping us identify trends and make faster, more informed decisions.

my main concern is that Domo can feel a little complex when working with advanced configurations and some features take time to master
