What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring the resources working behind the events webpage. Also the Customer Support aspect was wonderful experience
What do you dislike about the product?
ease of use : Navigation can be a bit tricky sometimes, but not very bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our virtual event hosting partner used Pantheon and we had to test it extensively before go live. Pantheon provided good insights into under the hood.

Great cloud platform with awesome customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The service is consistent in keeping websites online and running fast. I like how they provide 24/7 customer service and the representatives are very knowledgeable. They make updating websites and pushing code to production easy with their dashboard where you can do a lot of things with just one click. I would highly recommend Pantheon for hosting Wordpress and Drupal websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be limited if you want to add third party applications from companies like Microsoft. I also wished I can automate certain tasks like copying files and database from one environment to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making hosting websites easy and keeping them up to date.

Multidev environments, Dev/Test/Prod environments, Site Dashboard, ease of use to get local files, code updates
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't support Drupal Multisites, when sites in development Freeze, a little expensive for smaller sites

What do you like best about the product?
Rock solid reliability, uptime, and customer support. Works well for our team that is responsible for a critical website but does not have a deep technical bench in-house.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little to complain about here. Pantheon always resolves issues that do come up in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pantheon hosts our main customer facing website, ensuring reliable uptime and good page load speeds despite surges in traffic during peak seasons.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support has been the best thing about Pantheon this year. Most of the time support will get back to us within 15-30 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This year, we observed more downtime in the application compared to previous years. During one update, we encountered an issue where we couldn’t merge our multidevs. Initially, it took some effort to convey that there was a problem. However, once other companies began experiencing similar issues, the response from the team shifted significantly. They became highly proactive and hands-on, providing us with one-on-one support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CMS platform is hosted and configured on Pantheon, where their multidev capabilities provide us with greater confidence for testing and deployment.

Happy, happy, happy

What do you like best about the product?
Have to say the support desk, which is for me the backbone of a company. Too bad not many in the hierarchy realise that. (Yes, pay the good ones (only the good ones) more!)

Currently I am in the free tier (silver), so usually support is very simple. I have a question, reply will be; Here is the support page! This is generally everywhere and also with Pantheon, however all understandable due being in a free tier.

However, most of the time with Pantheon, I have a feeling they actually look at the issue, in my case mostly technical, and give me the relevant pages and a possible solution how you might fix it. Limited support due my free tier, but their information they give is something that I can work it. That for me is important, due I have problems to fix.

If this is the case, I wonder how it would be as a paid customer, maybe I should persuede my boss :D
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical documentation is sometimes hard to find or not pointing to relevant information (very short documentation), maybe the administrative documentation is based on an older dashboard?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like they have a DEV, TEST and LIVE environment. Maybe others have that too (no idea), but I have not seen it yet with the ones I used in the past.

Been a Pantheon fan for over a decade

What do you like best about the product?
So many things, I love their novel approach to having a dev site with git, that you one-click deploy to stage, which syncs the db from prod down to stage to test, then a final one-click deploy to prod.
What do you dislike about the product?
LIke any platform, there's a bit of a learning curve, but it's manageable, and their support is terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting WordPress, Drupal, or custom php sites.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Pantheon of numerous years now and I find its to be a superior all-in-one platform. Source control, image promotion, backup and restore, easy control panel. I love how easy it was to migrate to pantheon and how great the documentation and support is. Every time I need to troubleshoot, I get the absolute best response and easy to follow instructions for solving my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that Pantheon does not support is email. I wish there was a complimentary service that Pantheon offered for sending email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-Stop dev ops. I now longer have to have my own pipeline to deploy. Pantheon solves this for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Its fast become one of today's outstanding Web Hosting Platforms with a great future. Exceptionally scalable, with all the tools needed to build and host best practice present-day and next-generation websites. Developers everywhere are adopting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its scalable, secure, with performance optimization. Great and promising in all aspects. If only its support services can improve. Can become one of the greats for sure.

Pantheon WebOps Platform is a game-changer for our agency

What do you like best about the product?
Once we create a project for a client that is being on-boarded, the time from seting up their sandbox to sharing the development link to our client was incredibly short. The ease of use to deploy our CMS websites for development is secure and saves us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the pricing was a little lower, we could bring more of our client's websites to the WebOps platform too. Best for small businesses that are planning to scale and enterprise companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The GIT integration allows us to maintain version control for our WebOps development services. This ensures we are running the latest updates on our CMS websites.
