Secret management will save your bacon!
What do you like best about the product?
Doppler is one of those tools that I don't want to imagine NOT having in my stack. Its dead simple to use, the DX is some of the best I've used - getting going is as simple as adjusting package.json start command to run Doppler and inject your secrets for local dev. Sync tools to make using it in production/QA a breeze. Because of how simply it integrates I forget Im using it every single day!

What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely find it hard to find a dislike about Doppler, so a cop out would be that I didn't start using it sooner! I can't say anything about customer support because its always worked, so I have never needed to contact them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to centrally manage our secrets, sync them securely into deployed environments, as well as keep secrets out of plain text .env files on developer machines.
Doppler does it all. Its concepts of project/environments is perfect for managing secrets.

Doppler has great DevEx
What do you like best about the product?
I love the DevEx of Doppler! It's a key factor in why we chose to use doppler over other providers like aKeyless and Vault. Doppler makes the overhead of maintaining a Single Source of Truth for secrets (dare I say it) enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor things that could be improved with Doppler. I'd love to see more SDK integration for our developers and further data typings (eg certs). I'd also love to see better notifications around expiring secrets. For example, gitlab requires all tokens to be renewed within at most a 1 year time period. It'd be great if Doppler could determine what date a token will expire on and alert us ahead of time for its renewal. Even better if Doppler could handle rotation out of the box (it may be able to but we haven't explored this yet)--at the same time, not all services support rotation so this doesn't cover everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doppler provides us a centralized secret store.
Simple and efficient implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Man, it's a very simple tool to implement and it fulfills what it promises well... I highly recommend it... The setup via CLI is very straightforward and the existing integration is pretty cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Man, I haven't seen any "cons" so far. The tool is proving to be quite efficient and objective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have more security in my implementations, it has been really nice and I feel quite secure using the tool.

I like the fluid UI and the ability to integrate the secrets directly with our CI/CD pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having logs saved for more than 3 days in the free plan is definitely a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doppler injects the environment secrets directly into our CI/CD pipeline and since it is a complex Kubenetes/Docker implementation, the deployments are pretty fast and efficient, while being secure.
Best environment and secrets planform I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Doppler is a great solution for managing secrets. They provide a really easy way to have a source of truth for managing secrets. Its seamless integration with AWS Secrets Manager, Vercel, and GitHub has simplified our workflows and eliminated manual overhead. While I haven’t used the Terraform provider yet, the documentation is looks really promising,
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing I've encountered so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doppler solves having a source of truth for secrets that integrates into all our vendors and allows very easy enviormnet setups(prod, staging, dev, local, per pr)

Easy to use CLI, well thought and designed dashbaord, Integrations with popular service providers such as Vercel and Railway, Amazing documentation, great tools to allow for collaboration with other devs. What more to say
What do you dislike about the product?
The refferal scheme. Please bring back the $50 per referral invite or whatever it was. That was such a nice incentive for people to start using Doppler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing environment variables between my local machine and my deployment platforms in one place. Also ability to export / import whenever I need to.
Doppler has been our top choice among all the secret management tools available.
What do you like best about the product?
This is a positive review of a development tool, highlighting its comprehensive documentation and unique integration features. The tool has been successfully used for integrating with GitHub, Kubernetes secrets, and an SRE vault.

So far I don't dislike anything. Doppler support is top notch and always listening to their clients and adding even more features and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize our Kubernetes deployments and update our secrets, while also centralizing them. Maintaining a single source of truth is ideal.
Keep secret management easy without hassle.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access management but with secure platform to keep secret leaked. Only person with permit approved can access the sensitive data. Scan all the environment and find data location that is vulnerable to threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite expensive for a medium business to use. Need technical person to setup it as it can get too technical for normal user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sensitive data compliance with GDRP and HIPPA to always comply with the current regulation. Create syntetic backup files for recovery process if anything happen with the primary data storage.
Simplify secret management without hassle and issue
What do you like best about the product?
Keep organization operation simple and able to work seamlessly without added pressure on how to keep material stay confidential. Simple implementation by the use of docker container. Store data remotely in cloud storage for recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated to setup in Windows environment. Other Os like Linux has better chances and easy to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need 2FA authentication that will sent access token to SMS for authentication. It is much safer and able to handle secret in easy way.

Easy for daily use with seamless integration with current IT stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite expensive for medium business to maintain. Complicated setup that need expert to oversee the operation.

Sync multiple environment especially for JSON encryption.
