What do you like best about the product?

I like that our consultant is always available to help us with anything that comes up.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like to have more control over accounts. Like changing passwords, creating accounts, or making adjustments to peoples accesses on my time without having to send an email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Launch metrics has an app that I really like, it makes it easier to use anywhere and anytime. I like that launchmetrics has an option to add photos, this helps when things are mislabeled, we can check LMS to reference the photo.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like about LMS is that it has made us more efficient on the inbound side. Ulimated the manual entry of data and human error. The support we get from Sean and the rest of the team has been great. They are reachable and are continuesly supportin gus.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much things I dislike about LMS and all the things i dislike, Sean and his team are looking into our request making the adjustments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A few problems LMS is solvng for example are
The unfuciencies on the inbound depratment to where we use to manually enter data for new product coming in. Now its more process driven to where by given us a road map to upload import into LMS it makes us more efficent and give us time to do other things.
Tracking efficiency reports before where not as detailed as LMS. Now we are using those details to keep track and creat efficiency reports and be able to monitor are our day to day business.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how the platform provides ease with sample management. It has helped improve sample processes within my company and its amazing having a tool that helps keep track of very important sample information.

Our Customer Success Specialist Federica has played a huge and supportive role in my company's onboarding process with Launchmetrics and we are grateful to her for all the help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sample management: Through the use of samples by launchmetrics, we are able to effectively track our sample movement internally and externally which in the long terms will reduce sample loss and discrepancy and also provide insight into our most popular samples.

It is a very useful tool for managing databases related to events: send invitations, control guests, send communications, etc.

Nothing. The tool is very comprehensive and the support team is very accessible and professional.

Allows control of your database. It has many fields to categorize them and make exports. You can design invitations and communications.

It's an essential tool for us on a daily basis to manage sample requests and also for our media monitoring.

The only negative point is that the platform is not always intuitive.

We only use Launchmetrics for press part traffic, for the press stocks we hold, for press clippings and media coverage.

it is a bit long to upload stories and the tags are not automatic

Discover is very easy to use and is constantly being updated. the team is also very fast and efficient to deal with. It is a pleasure to talk to them.

What do you dislike about the product?

One drawback is that it takes too long to collect some print media, and it is difficult for them to incorporate new media.
