Nymiz Boosts Productivity While Ensuring Data Security
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with other software is seamless, allowing me to easily apply data masking to documents shared across platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I faced a little difficulty with bulk processing of documents but after two tries it was a cake walk.

Nymiz ensures that sensitive customer information is always masked before sharing with third-party service providers, reducing the risk of data exposure.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated anonymization features are top-notch, and the fact that it handles both structured and unstructured data makes it a valuable tool for compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool is highly effective, it would be great to see more detailed reporting features to keep track of the anonymization process.

A great assistant for masking your personal data
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Nymiz and the feature I liked was the quick responsiveness of it, and quick processing of my data whether it's been done by tokenizing or else. It's supported in 102 languages which means it's widely usable. I also found it good at organising the unstructured data, focusing on stored data's security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription price seems valid, but depending on high level security, it could increase by large margin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As nowadays we're hearing news of data leaks , hacks and what not. It's a better choice to save what could be saved, instead of depending on lucks. Some personal datas are important and they are priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
With Europe being strict with GDPR compliance, the way we store data and share with other organizations and online tools has become important. Nymiz allows us to mask out crucial data values like Project Name, Budget, etc. before we share the Project information with online tools like AI models for analysis.

When the data is too large, it takes a bit of time for Nymiz to do its magic, but apart from that I love the tool.

I mainly use the tool to mask out important information in our internal project files. Information that can lead to leakage of our project details and strategy.

Nymiz has become an indispensable tool for ensuring that my client data, including personal and financial details, remains protected when shared with third parties. Its robust processing capabilities allow for precise data handling, significantly reducing the risk of data breaches and compliance issues.
Saves a lot of time in masking important documents
What do you like best about the product?
In just 3 steps I can get the sensitive informed masked out in the business document. Makes it easier for me to upload the document to ChatGPT and do analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. I have been using it since 2023 and no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nymiz is allows your documents to become AI ready by redacting/masking the sensitive information in the document like bank account details, employee name list and emails, etc. It's AI feature detects the data within seconds and we can download the masked version of the file.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use no-code tool that allows me to hide sensitive information in my documents in blink of an eye. It's AI functionality of detecting personal information like bank account details, social security numbers, etc., its quite accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a mobile version yet, hopefully it will be there in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nymiz is making it easier to redact/anonymize sensitive information in documents so that the same can be shared with relevant individuals, organisations and now even AI data models without compromising data security breaches. I use ChatGPT for data analysis, so I need to upload documents containing sensitive information to ChatGPT. To avoid data leak, I use Nymiz to mask the sensitive information and then upload the document, saving guarding myself from any legal action :)
Pretty easy to use data anonymization tool, only takes 1 minute
What do you like best about the product?
It saves so much of my time that I used to spend in masking senstive information in my pdf files.
Now all I have to do is upload my pdf in Nymiz and within 1 minute all the senstive data has been masked.

Earlier they didn't had a proper customer support process but now it has changed and their customer support team is pretty good.

It is making the process of anonymising sensitive data easier so that documents can be shared with relevant people easily without revealing personal data in the document.
It comes handy in knowledge management which is a common process in legal sector. Earlier it took me 1 hour+ to mask sensitive data and not it only takes me 1 minute.
