What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is very simple to use, which makes the job easier for me. I appreciate how it keeps everything organized and updates automatically, which reduces mistakes. Procore's easy initial setup is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Procore could improve by reducing clicks and simplifying setups so tasks feel faster and smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for project estimation because it removes complications, keeps everything organized, updates automatically, and reduces mistakes. It's very simple to use and makes the job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore gives a great overview of projects, especially coming from the conventional fragmented nature of construction. I appreciate having everything in one place. The initial setup was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the RFI feature lacking when I need to inform clients for inspections in government projects. It would be helpful to add a gateway for the clients on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore for site queries, follow-ups, and corrective measures. I love the project overview feature as it centralizes information that was previously fragmented in construction.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using a software like procore is that everyone in a company can access updates made by Project Managers/Project Coordinators in real time

It takes a real learning curve to figure out this software and you need to be a bit tech savy to utilize all the features

Its updated in real time and for a company like ours that does work all over the country, it allows anyone to see info being updated

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a really useful tool for communicating with people in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, some of the different settings can be a bit tricky to navigate and adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me by giving our field team one central place to send information, so everything ends up in the same location. It also cuts down on back-and-forth, because I don’t have to email people asking them to send a specific document.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is comprehensive in managing projects and identifies/solves all the crictical areas of project documentation and communication that usually leave project managers stumped

It leans heavily towards IOS at the expense of android devices

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore centralizes project communication and documentation in one platform. The RFI and submittals workflow is especially useful for tracking responsibilities, due dates, and responses, which really helps in construction administration. Procore is very useful for construction projects, making complex workflows more intuitive and intelligent. I also find the initial setup of Procore easy, which was great for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve the naming of files when downloading them so that they keep the same name as when they were uploaded. Also, as a construction administrator, I'm not allowed to change names or edit submittals, which can be a hassle. For example, if someone uploads a file without a cover letter, I have to contact them to update the PDF, which is inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Procore centralizes project communication and documentation, making it easier to track RFIs and submittals. It's a useful platform for construction administration, though it could improve in making workflows more intuitive with AI and file naming consistency.
