User-Friendly, High-Performance Tool with Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very user friendly with excellent performance. Pricing is somewhat affordable as long as it is structured to be used efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The somewhat constant down times that often occurs and it interrupts the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently don't have any pending problems that need solutions with Procore.
Procore Connects Field and Office Efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Procore helps reduce miscommunication and keeps projects moving efficiently. One of its biggest strengths is its ability to connect the field and the office in real time. Team members can upload photos, track progress, manage RFIs, and communicate instantly. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is not very transparent and can be quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore connects the field and office in real time, helping my team upload photos, track progress, manage RFIs, and communicate instantly, reducing miscommunication and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Fast, Organized Construction Workflows with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Procore is organized, both for document management and for communication and workflow on construction projects. Although I haven’t been on a project that uses BIM, I’d still enjoy using a program like Procore that can integrate with it. Additionally, as a student, the support of educational classes to help understand how to navigate the software was very useful. Overall, the performance was fast and easy to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student, I have yet to come across items that I dislike about Procore. That could be because I am still navigating the software, but ultimately, I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing documents, communicating workflow efficiently to team members, and providing an education program to be better equipped in solving problems.
Intuitive Platform that Centralizes Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Procore intuitive, which is great for navigating through different features effortlessly. I also appreciate how all the different components are tied together in a project, making it easy to manage everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore streamlines all the information into one location, making it easy to share needed information with my team quickly and accurately. I find the initial setup super easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading the drawings sometimes can be wonky. It's slow to upload, and then classifying and approving can be difficult as I have to review and add to each page.

I use Procore to create projects and make specs and drawings available for my field employees. It streamlines all info to one location, making it easy to quickly and accurately share needed info with my team.
Effortless Uploads, Seamless RFI Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Procore primarily for uploading drawings, and I find it easy to use. I like the amount of different items it offers. I also appreciate the ability to upload drawings and specifications efficiently. The initial setup was very easy, which I found beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading the app can be an issue sometimes, and there was a problem with the certification not loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I upload drawings and manage RFI questions easily with Procore.
Great Construction Software, But Training Needs to Be More Hands-On and Tailored
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities and customizations of their business functions. Their software is truly built for the construction industry. The support system behind their team is attractive also. Lastly, their pricing model is effective and cheaper is the software is used more. It's easy to follow and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training could be a bit more hands on. The customization of the software is so impressive, I almost think a specific training tailored to an individual company would be more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping my company solve a large national account with reach across 21 states. Procore helps us centralize our reporting and improve our performance.

Budget Tracking & Committments & Change Order Tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to filter between job side and company side and to remember if a needed selection has been set up yet

360 Reporting allows us to create crafted reports with headings we need most
Easy-to-Follow Videos With Flexible Playback Speed
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to follow, and you could choose the speed that you watch the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that the photos were sometimes not readable. They may want to get some more clear images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to use the system. It will help me keep a good workflow.
Essential for Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Drawings tool because it ensures that everyone is using the same current plan set. The distribution capabilities make it easy to distribute project documents and communications to the appropriate parties on the project. I find the RFI tool very helpful as it provides access to all subs and stakeholders, which removes the worry of missing someone who needed the information provided in the RFI. The integration of the change management and budget tools simplifies reconciling the budget by automatically carrying forward the impacts of changes, providing both context and visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training courses should provide an option to test out for people intimately familiar with the workings of Procore.

Procore solves communication and organization issues, unifying our team. The Drawings tool ensures everyone uses the current plan set. Distribution capabilities streamline document sharing, and the RFI tool keeps all stakeholders informed. Budget and change management tools simplify reconciliations with context and visibility.
