What do you like best about the product?

I like that Procore brings a lot of tools into the project management process, which is really helpful for someone like me, a construction science major. I also find the mobile app super useful when I'm on site, making it easier to access the features I need. Plus, I appreciate that Procore's initial setup was easy to handle, which made it straightforward to start using the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the certification process with Procore could be improved. It would be more helpful if the lessons were more interactive because you really learn by practicing. These interactive lessons would make it feel more like actual practice.

Procore brings in a lot of tools for project management and the mobile app makes it super useful on the site.

I like that Procore is really detail-oriented and offers videos that make it more hands-on. It really helps me learn better when I can see and understand visually rather than just reading. It's a great feature for learners like me who prefer hands-on experiences. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which made getting started with Procore smooth and hassle-free.

Procore improves communication in my project administration and provides a hands-on learning experience with its video features.

The ease of access to data and its project streamlining capabilities also stand out for me. It significantly helps in increasing project efficiency and ensures errors are caught and handled more efficiently, improving the overall process. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like about Procore is that it makes project management more organized and easier to monitor. I like that documents, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project information can be managed in one platform. It also helps improve coordination between the project team and makes it easier to track updates and pending items.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I dislike about Procore is that it can take some time to get familiar with all the tools and features, especially for new users. There are also some processes that may feel a bit complicated at first. However, once you understand the workflow and get used to the platform, it becomes easier to use and manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore helps solve the challenge of coordinating and getting timely responses from different business units. What I like most is how the RFA/RFI process allows different teams to collaborate in one platform. They can easily review the same item, provide comments, and approve or disapprove without having to go through multiple emails or separate communication channels. This makes the workflow faster, more transparent, and easier to track, especially for pending decisions that can affect the project schedule.

What do you like best about the product?

It is the only platform I have used, but I have only seen benefits to it (outside of the punchlist feature needing some upgrades). It is organized and easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?

The punchlist feature could use:
(1) A waterfall method of flow from one assignee to another
(2) If more than one person from the same company is assigned, let them be able to mark the other people as RFR (ready for review)
(3) Add response for assignee to be "Wrong trade/Wrong Assignee/Not my item/Needs to be reassigned" or something similar
(4) Add more filters for mobile viewing open punchlist

Organization is a huge benefit, having everything in one place for everyone to access

What do you like best about the product?

The information it provides in each topic with the use of videos and downloadable pdf content. I enjoy that it's also at your own pace, it helps when things in the office get busy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I found nothing that was least helpful, all information was helpful. I would like to see more hands-on material. Meaning ways of us to use Procore while in training mode.

Procore is helping myself better utilize its application and be a better employee asset to my business.

There are a lot of learning tools, and it’s difficult to remember everything all at once.

It helps me manage documents and save everything on Drive, so I feel safe knowing my files are stored securely.

I find RFI and submittal tracking particularly useful for following up on approvals and deadlines. The real-time project updates provide better visibility into progress and help coordinate different teams. Overall, it significantly reduces manual follow-ups and enhances project communication efficiency, making collaboration much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area that could be improved is the user interface and overall navigation. Some features can feel a little complex at first, especially for new users. I’d also like more flexibility in customizing dashboards and reports, along with better performance when working with large projects and documents. These improvements would make Procore easier to use and more efficient for day-to-day project management.

Procore organizes project management and communication, reducing scattered emails and paperwork. It tracks RFIs, submittals, and tasks, giving better project visibility and reducing delays. Document management and real-time updates enhance collaboration, making our workflow more efficient and organized.

I find Procore practical, I see it as much more complete than other platforms I have used in the past. It helps me keep everything in one place, stay organized, and save time since I don't have to switch between different platforms. Even the reports are accessible from the same site.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the photo-taking feature could improve if it integrated coordinates to identify the location of different issues on the plans, which would facilitate project references.

Procore helps me keep everything in one place, organizing project management, finances, calendar, and reports. It is practical and complete, saving time by not having to switch between platforms.

Every tool is in one place, so I don’t need to go elsewhere. I dont have to pay but it is amazing
