What do you like best about the product?

I find Procore simple to use. I like the RFI and submittal process, along with the plan review process. The initial setup was very easy, and Procore helps me learn for my future employment.

I use Procore at school to help me learn for my future employment. It’s simple to use, and I like the RFI and submittal process, along with plan review.

I like that almost everything needed to run a project is included into one software.

When I add a new user or company and I stop typing for a few seconds I have to click the box again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore is solving organization problems, I am able to make action plans that track work and document receival.

I feel like it makes my job easier, so there’s really nothing I dislike about it.

I like that Procore is easy to use once you learn it, and that it helps me get subs to invoice on time and correctly. The videos and certification classes have helped me learn it.

I find the biggest hurdle is learning it all. Procore can feel like drinking from a fire hose because there is so much it can do.

I use Procore for project controls, from invoices to creating budgets.

I find Procore a very helpful and informative learning platform. I like the learning courses and certificates of completion. I also find the estimating, drawings, RFIs, and project management tools valuable. I like how the estimating tools help with material takeoffs, quantities, and project costs.

I like how detailed Procore is and that I can integrate it with QuickBooks. I can manage plan changes and RFIs through the system. It lets more people exchange information and helps reduce the disconnect that often happens in construction.

I have not used it long enough to know that yet.

I use Procore for my custom home business to reduce miscommunication between departments, vendors, and clients. It lets more people exchange information, and I can manage plan changes and RFIs through the system. I also like how detailed it is and that it can integrate with QuickBooks.

I find it's the best for submittals, easier back and forth process with architects.

It is very hard to get subcontractors to sign up and even use Procore, a lot of them don't like "the computer".

It’s easy to put together a submittal and get it in front of an architect with minimal back-and-forth.

The centralized platform makes tracking RFIs, drawings, submittals, and punch lists seamless across the field and office teams. Its intuitive interface and real-time updates save significant time and keep project documentation organized.

The initial setup for permissions and workflows can be slightly complex, and navigating between company-level and project-level tools takes a little time to get used to.

Procore helps us streamline field-to-office communication and eliminates fragmented tracking across multiple channels. By centralizing RFIs, submittals, drawings, and punch lists in one platform, we have significantly reduced project delays, minimized rework due to outdated drawings, and improved team accountability.

The ability to centralise project information, drawings, documents, and communication in one platform. Procore makes it easier to coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, track site issues, manage inspections, and monitor project progress in real time

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Procore platform can be complex for new users, requiring time and training to understand its various tools and workflows. Some features may be overwhelming for smaller projects, and navigating through different tools can sometimes take extra time. Improving the user interface and simplifying it more friendly on certain processes would make the platform easier to use and more efficient for construction professionals

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore can help solve common construction project challenges, such as poor communication, scattered documentation, outdated drawings, and delays in resolving site issues. It benefits me as an architect by providing a central platform for managing multiple projects information, coordinating with engineers and contractors, tracking inspections, and monitoring construction progress. This really improved collaboration, saves time when retrieving project documents, supports quality control, and enables faster decision-making, ultimately contributing to more efficient project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Procore’s mobile app because I can use it on the job site. The camera feature in observations helps subcontractors understand what’s wrong and what needs to happen. I think it helps during walkthroughs and gives a better understanding of what’s going on at the job site.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the Procore mobile app could be a little more user-friendly. It just doesn’t flow as well as the website.

I use Procore to learn the workflow of up-and-coming construction businesses.
