I appreciate using Recorded Future integrated with our SIEM/SOAR stack, which enhances alerts and powers automated response playbooks.

The fact that they offer security cloud is a big plus. They’re also one of the pioneers in this field to provide this type of service. My personal experience has been absolutely amazing—whenever I need help, their support team is there for me and my team. I would definitely recommend the service overall.

So far, I haven’t had the opportunity to have a bad experience with this company. I’ve been a client since 2022, and every aspect of the service has been handled efficiently and within the time frame they promised. Of course, as we all understand, there are going to be some incidents that are out of everybody’s hands.

I don’t have much information to share on this question. If they’re working on something internally, I’m not fully aware of it.
