The fact that you could not use the AML without involving the clients that we were trying to screen.

What do you like best about the product?

The implementation time was extremely fast and their customer service is very responsive. Fraud.Net allows our company to verify in real-time the background screening and conduct our due diligence on prospective suppliers. Our Compliance team is thrilled with this addition to our supplier onboarding process.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be helpful for the Analytics tool or data to be extracted in different file layouts or raw flat files to allow exporting into other applications without an API integration. Especially, for smaller volumes that don't necessarily meet the API requirements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We did not previously have a background check on prospective suppliers that were as extensive into the criteria we built with Fraud.Net. This allows us to make informed decisions timely when considering onboarding a new supplier.

Their fraud checking service is quite good. And the application is easy to use to setting up the rules.

Webhook callback url setting is complicated. And customer support is lengthy and slow.

For our business it is solving our fraud checking tasks.

Flexibility in rule definition, Machine Learning functionality, ongoing improvements and above all good support.

Dealing with multiple industries in one cockpit. Real-time rule effectiveness when creating new rules + email domain reputation score might be a nice addition.

Some rules are interwoven and can block individually, thereby making it difficult for the fraud-related transactions to scale through.

Inability to amend or add new rules directly without getting in touch with your representative
