Enterprise Search
What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise Search is very easy to use or implement. We can locate documents quickly, and in single search we can find multiple data and databases in different format etc. The single search options helps a lot to save my time and efforts. I use this almost on a daily basis in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much which I don't like but it shloud be cost efficient also. So, as Enterprise Search is very useful for everyone, all can integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me in saving lots of time for locationg data, e-mails, different databases in any format. It also increase the efficiency of reasearched processes.

How it searches systems index data and documents from a variety of sources

So far haven't found anything I've disliked about it.

Researching files in databases or content of management systems

Super easy to use and very accessible. You can store clients info into different locations for easy access when you need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times you have to keep logging in after a while of use. Kind of a hassle but it’s for personal privacy and protection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped my clients with ease and in a very fast and efficient manner as I know where I store everything at.
Perceptive/ImageNow Best Document Imaging Software
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to setup, configure and maintain. Users find it easy searching and locating documents. Users also love the workflow feature. You can also define views that are like a query allowing a user to query very specific documents. They can also add additional private filters to these views that only they can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security can be difficult to setup and maintain. Email alerts can be difficult to setup and maintain. Perceptive Experience was developed so all of Perceptive features are available via an internet browser. Perceptive Experience has a lot of issues and many of the features have not been made available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been successful in getting employees to stop printing and filing documents. Documents are not being lost since they are stored in the Perceptive Content database. Employees can locate documents much quicker in the Perceptive Content database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is very easy to setup and configure. It's also very affordable compared to the competition. It uses concurrent licensing vs. name user licensing. The workflow feature is very easy to setup, deploy and maintain.
Don't really like it
What do you like best about the product?
The search features, although it is very limited to what the document is indexed by.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very customizable or flexible. The OCR feature doesn't work well, so we don't use it, and therefore searching is limited.
