Acceldata Product Review and Usage Score
What do you like best about the product?
Acceldata provides a ready to use data monitoring solution for Snowflake which doesn't require much setup to get started with. It also provides a wide range of metrics . It provides valuable visual insights of Snowflake's usage and trends, eliminating the requirement for in house development. The support team at Acceldata is very responsive and adresses issues quickle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interpreting some visuals and charts can be a bit difficult due to their complex model. It becomes much complicated if you wanted to add a custom monitor beyond the ones they have already provided. There are still some inconsistencies between what you see in Acceldata and what's shown in Snowflake. The GUI is still lacking smoothness and efficiency but the customer success team at Acceldata has been really supportive and helping us out in every way they can
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acceldata provides a logical graphical depiction of usage patterns with detailed insights about qyuery issues and warehouse utilization. This is helping us keep an eye out for unusual queries or users that are using the wrong warehouses that lead to increased credit usage/cost. The alerting feature in Acceldata helps monitor queries in real time and is useful when collaborating with end users.

Diverse tool for monitoring Snowflake environments
What do you like best about the product?
Acceldata provides an "out of the box" environment monitoring solution for Snowflake with very little setup time and a varied selection of metrics that are monitored. Provided graphical representation of numerous aspects of Snowflake usage and trends without having to develop the insights internally. Support has been very responsive to issues and has provided fixes more quickly than most other package vendors I've dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the charts and data can be hard to understand as to what they are displaying. Outside of provided monitors, it seems very complex to add a "custom" monitor. No "role based" access to allow filtering of different views based on who is logging in. Still seems to be a "work in progress" with some discrepancies between our Snowflake environment numbers and the reported Acceldata numbers. Encountered several display issues, but most have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acceldata provides easy visual representation of usage trends along with in-depth visibility to issues with long running queries and warehouse usage. This allows us to monitor for rogue queries or users/applications that are utilizing incorrect warehouses, which in turn increases costs. Also provides alerting when thresholds are met and real-time monitoring of queries if needed when working with end users.

The best thinga about accel data is it's implementation , more data quality, and quick response sometimes from customer suppoort for data incidents by integrating and numbers of using in our product . We use it frequently in our project t monitor the cost and manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful thing is it's complex data visualisation and an some glitch happens which led them to showimg incorrect visualisation .

Acceldata helps in montioring the data in efiicient way and it's improved and renowned data quality , it is helping in our optimizing the databricks cluster monitoring and database long runnning queries which is helping us in cost optimisation for our clusters

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best data management tool I have seen. The user interface is very user friendly. Very useful while deploying the data pipelines and also streamline pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time setup is little bit complex and they can also improve by providing some services for lesser cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one of the main use case is Automating the Pipelines, both Batch pipelines and Steaming Pipelines. Compared to Dataflow, Airflow and Mesh it very easier to use.

Acceldata is very useful if you want to compute deep insights from data, build pipelines and automate actions and also helps in alerting when pipeline fails.
What do you dislike about the product?
While adding and removing nodes sometimes manual intervention is needed and also the cost can be decreased a bit which will also help in getting more market share for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When compared to Airflow , it is very easy to create a pipeline in Acceldata Torch. So I have worked on creating pipelines for few months.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to access,User friendly platform and real time monitoring.It helped me to increase in productivity by automation of repetitive tasks.Its great working with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such bad review as per my knowledge but I found difficult in the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While getting automatic and real time data insights,this software helped me extremely well. I was also impressed with fast debugging of issues and easy solutions to root cause.
Efficient Data Management solution to Automate and Streamline Data Pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely efficient and effective tool for Automating, streamlining and deploying data pipelines. Simple UI makes it easy to use. Excellent support team and is packed with rich supporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company has a small market share compared to its peers. Plans and costs are on the little expensive side. There are no other major drawbacks worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overhead operational cost is reduced by implementing Acceldata software. In terms of Automating and getting real-time data insights, the application has been extremely handy. This is integrated with several other platforms.
