What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to integrate, and the API documentation is genuinely informative. The UI is also solid, especially how seamlessly I can switch from my PC to my phone to scan documents. Performance has been excellent too—responses are quick, and with the AI I’m able to capture all the ID details accurately. Their support and onboarding team is really strong as well: they’re always available and respond quickly whenever we have a question.

What do you dislike about the product?

nothing till now. I am in testing bit for now but I hope it will handle traffic better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us to do IDV, and make sure all the users in our LMS bridge are genuine.

Shufti is highly efficient in conducting eKYC and AML.
Their customer service team responds promptly when handling customizations, and they are able to fulfill almost all requirements.

The charges are relatively high, especially given our large‑scale usage.

Document verification helps us easily detect forged documents, and facial biometrics are highly effective in comparing the real face with the photo in the POI.

What I like best about Shufti is the combination of a user-friendly interface, fast verification process, and strong compliance standards. The platform makes KYC and AML procedures much more efficient while maintaining a smooth onboarding experience for users. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the support team and the flexibility of the integration options for both web and mobile applications.

Some parts of the onboarding and integration documentation could be more detailed and easier to navigate for non-technical teams. Overall, the experience has been positive, but there is still room for improvement in coordination and documentation clarity.

Shufti helps simplify and automate KYC, AML, and identity verification processes, which are essential for regulated digital finance and crypto-related projects, especially for us as a Swiss company where strict rules are applied. It significantly reduces manual verification work, improves onboarding speed, and supports compliance with regulatory requirements. As a result, our team can focus more on product development and the user experience, while still maintaining a secure, compliant onboarding process for both clients and users.

What do you dislike about the product?

the screening rating is not tightened enough, for example a true positive result of 90% should be almost correct in such that you will not likely see discrepancies, but here a 90% result cannot be trusted because obviously there is a date of birth or surname mismatch which shouldn't be rated at 90%.

Identity verification and AML verification which is of a great benefit to our institution

What do you like best about the product?

Shufti was helpful with the quick integration, simplifying the complex onboarding journey of the BFC Pay app. They were also fast to provide customised UI/UX recommendations. Lastly, the pricing was very competitive, which allowed us to continue with Shufti from 2021 onwards.

What do you dislike about the product?

Support was handled through Skype, but the responses were immediate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding to the BFC Pay app has been simplified through digital means, removing much of the complicated process set by the regulator. The AI and intelligence built into the solution have also made the compliance team’s job much easier.

What do you like best about the product?

I find the builder journey extremely helpful, considering it's a complicated process, but Shufti maintains a relatively slick user journey. It also allows us to customize the user journey to meet our requirements during onboarding, and it's extremely user-friendly from a technical point of view. I also found their customer service to be absolutely second to none, as they are one of the most responsive and most helpful teams I've ever worked with. They are happy to handle any technical questions or problems and check in to ensure we are using the product in the best way. It's great having direct contact with an individual rather than just first line support, which is very useful. Furthermore, I like that the setup was very easy, despite our complex backend. Reaching out to Shufti for support was met with responsive service. I'm really pleased with Shufti as the solution we chose, and the cost is kept small so we don’t have to pass it on to clients, which is good.
