It is a little clunky until you get used to the system.

Ability to conduct batch KYC checks for active players or one offs

What do you like best about the product?

I find Shufti easy to integrate, offering many options like using SDKs on mobile apps or server-to-server integration, which is what we've used in our solution. The system is basically reliable, and we've rarely encountered issues. I also think their AI technologies are advanced. Additionally, the setup was very easy, thanks to our contact with Harris, and it involved getting immediate access to account setup and documentation with demos and tutorials, which minimized setup friction.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think they could improve on their documentation. It's a bit vague in some scenarios, especially on the journey builder where you can't use the settings page. You need to set the callback URL in the actual journey, and it's something they need to explain explicitly. I had to ask their support team to explain to us how that works. It could have been explained better in their documentation. I think that's something they can look into.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Shufti for verifying liveness and identity documents, and it performs regulatory checks like AML, PEP screening, and sanctioned screening, meeting our KYC requirements efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Integrating Shufti into our workflow has been a transformative experience for our KYC and identity verification processes. The platform excels at automating complex tasks such as document verification and facial recognition, which has drastically reduced our manual workload. This automation not only accelerates customer onboarding but also significantly mitigates the risk of human error, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What do you dislike about the product?

One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the responsiveness of the support team. We have found that response times on Teams or LiveChat can be a bit slow during urgent situations where immediate assistance is critical.

What do you like best about the product?

We are currently in the process of building and refining our compliance and onboarding flows, so flexibility, responsiveness, and ease of implementation are especially important for us at this stage.
Compared to several other verification providers we evaluated, Shufti stood out due to a combination of pricing flexibility, strong technical support, broad country coverage, and the simplicity of configuring verification flows. Their team has been highly responsive during onboarding and integration, which made the implementation process significantly smoother.
The API integration itself was straightforward, the documentation was clear, and the overall verification flow is intuitive both from a technical and user perspective. We also appreciate that the platform allows us to adapt processes relatively quickly as our operational needs evolve.
Another important advantage for us is the wide international coverage, which is critical for platforms working across multiple jurisdictions.

Our primary focus at the moment is configuring and refining KYC/ KYB processes. While the KYC functionality already feels mature and well-optimized, we believe the KYB workflows could still benefit from further refinement and automation.

Shufti helps us build a reliable compliance and verification layer without having to develop complex infrastructure internally.

This allows our team to focus on operational growth and product development while relying on a specialized provider for verification and compliance workflows.

What do you like best about the product?

What we like most about ShuftiPro is the ease of integration and the overall user experience. The verification flow is straightforward, the API documentation is clear, and the automated checks help simplify a process that would otherwise require significant manual work. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the support team during integration and testing.

What do you dislike about the product?

One area that could be improved is making some parts of the onboarding and dashboard experience even more intuitive for early-stage startups and non-technical users. Since compliance and verification processes can already feel complex, simplifying certain workflows and explanations even further could help improve accessibility and adoption.

ShuftiPro helps us simplify the onboarding and verification process by providing automated KYC and identity checks. It also helps us improve trust, reduce manual verification work, and add an additional layer of transparency and compliance to our platform.

What do you like best about the product?

ShuftiPro provides high-quality KYC/AML verification services, which both we and our clients have been using for several years. We are very satisfied with the reliability, efficiency, and overall quality of the services provided.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main issue is some lack of flexibility when onboarding new clients. We recommended ShuftiPro to one of our clients, but they were unable to agree on the pricing terms because a very large initial account deposit was required. More flexible pricing or lower initial deposit options could make it easier to attract new clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShuftiPro helps us perform KYC/AML checks on our clients. This allows us to ensure that the services we provide comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

What do you like best about the product?

Shufti is a perfect fit for small companies and MLROs who wants to apply internal controls in AML for global markets with a reasonable cost. I like so much the administrator account and KRIs created for the teams because facilitating the UX. Unfortunately, I´m not recommended to acquire Shufti if you need to use the plugin because is not update it. However, all the additional services and client services team are wonderful and very patient.

What do you dislike about the product?

The plugin is not update it or the features are limited (the API is another history).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using Shufti in 2 differents companies in the last 5 years and I can see how they have improved the tools to offer a service all in one place, which is great because one of the pain point in compliance are frankenstein systems with not data connection for risk assesment, aml forms, KYC, KYB, screening, among others.

Great product and service! Easy to use, great customer support, high approval rate, competitive pricing
