Data access control - fine-grained access for authorizing sensistive data like RBAC

Data Privacy compliance like GDPR,CCPA by providing audit, masking & encryption

Unified Data Governance - for data access controls/lineage/monitoring/audit trail

Managed scalable solution with good GUI

Intgeration capabilities with Databricks & other tool are good with real time data visibility

Obviosuly cost factor

Implmenting sometime becomes complex data ecosystems

similar to apache ranger unless you already worked in it - learning curve
