What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with repeat manual work that it can take care of. It also explains its decisions, which gives me more clarity. It saves a lot of my time, and it’s good at handling high volume work.

It takes some time to learn, and sometimes I feel like I have to search for the answers instead of getting them easily. It can also make mistakes.

The credits are used up soon so a user has to buy more credits or buy a nominal subscription which costs more.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m a Product Growth Manager and we work with clients in the healthtech space, so I’m always interested in tools that can simplify complex healthcare workflows.
What I like most about Penguin AI is how focused it is on healthcare-specific automation. The AI workers for areas like prior authorisation, claims and other repetitive administrative processes are much more useful than a generic AI assistant because they are built around actual healthcare workflows.
I also like the human-in-the-loop approach. In healthcare, you still need oversight for sensitive decisions, so having automation without completely removing human review makes the product feel much more practical. For the kind of healthcare workflows it supports, the value feels justified. The biggest return comes from reducing repetitive manual work and helping teams handle operational processes more efficiently.
For us, the value is less about replacing people and more about saving time on routine steps while keeping human oversight where it matters.

Since we work with healthtech clients, the biggest benefit for me is seeing how these AI workers can reduce manual effort and make these processes more efficient without removing human oversight completely. It makes it easier to understand where AI can actually create operational value in healthcare, rather than just being another generic assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how it combines AI automation with human oversight. It can handle repetitive healthcare workflows while still making its decisions transparent and easy to review. The ability to automate complex processes without completely taking humans out of the loop is especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that some of the AI-generated results can still need manual review or tweaking. I’d also like to see more customization and flexibility in how the workflows are set up.

Penguin Ai helps reduce the amount of manual work involved in healthcare administration, especially for repetitive tasks like claims, coding, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations. It is mainly used in enterprises as a health care product, normal patient may not use it directly. Health care is a vital field so sometimes human intervention needed.

Additionally, documentation for custom media processing workflows can be sparse, requiring direct engineering support when integrating non-standard video pipelines.

What I like best about Penguin Ai is the founder pedigree combined with its platform-not-point-solution approach. Rather than a single AI trick, it's built by former chief data officers from UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser Permanente, and Optum — people who actually understand how payer and provider workflows break down internally — and they used that insight to build task-specific "Digital Workers" for the whole mess of back-office healthcare work (prior auth, claims, coding, appeals) rather than just one narrow use case. That combination of deep domain credibility and breadth is what makes it stand out from typical healthcare AI startups.
