Solid for Basics, but Limited Features, Inconsistent Performance, and Unclear Docs

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The product covers the core use case well and is relatively easy to get started with. After spending a bit of time with it, the interface feels fairly intuitive, and it helps centralize tasks that would otherwise be spread across different tools. For basic needs, it works as expected and can save time compared to handling the same processes manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features still feel a bit limited or not fully polished. Performance can be inconsistent at times, and there’s a noticeable learning curve for more advanced use cases. The documentation could be clearer, especially for new users, and some workflows require workarounds that aren’t always obvious or easy to discover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, that’s been a big benefit because it saves hours of manual work and reduces dependency on technical teams. Instead of spending days extracting information from PDFs or building a prototype that never reaches production, I can quickly set up an agent that reads documents, answers questions from internal data, and even executes multi-step workflows across apps we already use. That means less repetitive work, faster insights, and more consistent results — all while keeping data secure and compliant with enterprise standards.

Fast AI Workflow Building, But Debugging and Pricing Need Improvement

  • December 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
StackAI makes it genuinely easy to go from “idea” to a working AI workflow in hours, not weeks. The visual builder is intuitive, RAG setup is straightforward, and the integrations cover most of what I need (docs, links, internal knowledge, apps). It’s great for iterating fast, testing use cases with real users, and then turning the same flow into something production-ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
As workflows get more complex, debugging can feel a bit opaque and the UI can get busy. Some connectors or edge cases still need workarounds, and I’d love more visibility into step-by-step logs and version comparisons. Pricing can be a stretch for very small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
StackAI solves the gap between “we have an AI idea/prototype” and “this is a reliable workflow people actually use.” It lets me turn a use case into something structured and repeatable quickly, without needing to spin up a full engineering project.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Stack AI for building and automating AI-driven workflows without heavy coding. I love how it turns ideas of automation into reality without needing to write extensive code. The platform connects tools, data, and processes, saving me from manually piecing them together. I adore the drag-and-drop logic and minimal scripting, which are perfect for someone who isn't primarily a coder. What I truly appreciate is the Stack AI team's responsiveness; they're top-notch and their quick turnaround ensures I'm not stuck waiting. The speed to value is fantastic, as it allows us to go from an idea to working automation swiftly. Stack AI seamlessly integrates into our business rhythm and provides the confidence to prototype quickly or deliver a solution effortlessly. It excels in providing not just automation, but also an invaluable partnership with the team behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area we're paying close attention to is security and environment separation. The need for robust multi-environment support, clear delineation between development, staging, and production is critical for enterprise governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stack AI lets me automate AI-driven workflows without heavy coding. It removes the complex manual process, connecting tools, data, and processes seamlessly. Drag-and-drop logic and minimal scripting make it accessible for non-coders, turning ideas into reality without needing lots of code.

Easy Automation with Room for Growth

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Stack AI easy to use, with a clear interface that stands out, especially for someone like me who does not code. The support I receive is also noteworthy, contributing significantly to its value. I appreciate the ability to create automations through its drag and drop workflow builder, which simplifies the process significantly. This feature enables me to handle tasks such as ticket triage and customer support issues efficiently, demonstrating Stack AI’s robust capability in enhancing workflow without needing technical coding skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the limited native integrations available in Stack AI. The absence of integration with Spendesk has been particularly notable and impacts my workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was challenging, requiring assistance from a sales engineer. This increase in complexity made the onboarding experience tougher than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Stack AI to create AI agents for ticket triage and customer support without coding, thanks to its drag-and-drop builder, which is easy to use with a clear interface.

Slightly steep learning curve, but once you get there, it's extremely rewarding

  • October 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As I mentioned earlier, the learning curve can be a bit steep, but once you become familiar with it, the results are truly impressive, and the building experience becomes almost self-explanatory.

The range of LLMs you can integrate is remarkable, and the granular settings available for each LLM make it suitable for nearly any use case.

The ability to stack workflows is definitely a unique element of the product. This way, one can avoid building a massive workflow and instead build smaller increments and then connect them in a master flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the memory settings can be tricky when it comes to recurring tasks, and expert input on how to best use this feature is potentially needed.

There are a couple of tricks that allow one to work most effectively with the tool, but they are not highlighted during the onboarding. One powerful example that I learned through trial and error was formatting the prompt so that it's almost entirely separate from the instructions. In the examples below, assume _content_ to be a text output from a previous node (either long or short formats).

Example for how it shouldn't be formatted: "Assume the role of X, and based on the _content_, generate an overview of the findings around Y."

Example for how it should be formatted: "Assume the role of X, and based on the text provided below, generate an overview of the findings around Y.

___________
_content_
___________"

This way, the working LLM works better, but this approach to contextualisation doesn't come automatically for most, and I believe this could definitely be a highlighted tip during onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the number of problems/use cases Stack AI can help solve is limitless. Here I'm thinking of both repetitive manual tasks, but also creative challenges where Stack AI can help do the heavy lifting when it comes to research.
