What do you like best about the product?
We can share confidental documents securely. We can set individual permission levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as user-friendly or intuitive as I wish. Also doesn't always work with our system so we have to troubleshoot access frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can share confidential documents electronically and across multiple states. We can limit types of access.

What do you like best about the product?
It secures the documents on a system with a thorough encryption which while sharing also is essentially thought with the other party. Its a wonderful service by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes opening a shared file is difficult as the encryption is very strong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the main one is encryption of files which is utmost necessary is today's time considering the frequency of phishing attacks.
