What do you like best about the product?

Veritone Discovery does an incredible job at not only tracking and recording every piece of audio that it's directed to record, but also at categorzing and filing the audio data to make it extremely easy to search and find what you're looking for. Using this daily to find pieces of audio that aired as recenlty as a few hours ago up to weeks, months or a year ago is very intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve for Veritone Discovery is slightly steep. Learning how to search and find exaclty what you're looking for takes some getting used to. However, once you learn the basics and set up some of the automations the software offers, the ease of use becomes very apparent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In radio, tracking audio that runs across multiple stations can become quite the chore. With multiple commercials, contests, endorsements, etc. running across our 10 stations every single day, going to find one single piece of thirty second audio after it ran would prove quite difficult at times. With Veritone, it's extremely easy to manually find anything we may be looking for using search terms, date and time, voice, etc. It's also great because as you search the audio, everything is already transcribed. So, instead of having to listen to each piece to find out if it's what you're looking for, you can quickly skim the transcriptions and narrow down your search quickly. Also, with Vertone's powerful automation features, you can preset certain stations, timeframes, dates and more to record and save in a seperate folder autmatically, making it even easier to keep track of the audio for a specific client or promotion.

Ease of use and ability to capture and edit audio is strong!

What do you dislike about the product?

From time to time, the audio translation is not 100% accurate. Words to not get transcribed perfectly.

When wanting to capture audio, Veritone does a great job!

Searching for data can be tricky as many words it recognizes phoenetically.

Clients want data for all marketing platforms they engage. Traditionally that has not been a strength in my industry. This solves that.

Veritone is excellent for creative business professionals who need to keep track of their campaign results. It's essential in the advertising & marketing world of business.

Veritone Discovery does not have many disadvantages but the number of tabs and options on their website can be overwhelming at times, especially when trying to find new tools.

Veritone Discovery is solving the problem of keeping business platforms organized and easy to access. It's obvious that artificial intelligence is the present and future of business organization.

The AI is excellent. If the search terms are exact, it finds it. Additionally, it can project impressions which is a big help. And you can say what demo and books which is nice.
