What do you like best about the product?

The ability to connect almost any industrial data source and create a common source of truth.

What do you dislike about the product?

Quite difficult for your typical industrial user to use and understand. Requires expensive consulting projects to implement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has put data cleanup front and center, and actually lowers the costs for many use cases compared to alternatives like custom SAP functions.

What do you like best about the product?

Single source of truth for various data sources; including Contexualization with the ability to build applications; AI agents; and workflows all in a single place; which is massively powerful for manufacturing end users of different personas.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't really dislike anything about the platform. However the pace of development and advances are hard to keep up with sometimes and that's more of a change management thing than anything

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many manufacturing data and contexualization dependent problems and through the ease of building AI agents

What do you like best about the product?

I like The Cognite AI & Data Platform for its ease of use and intuitive nature. I have a lot of trust and confidence in the data based on my experiences. It helps translate time series and P&I data into meaningful insights, including process monitoring and notifications, which I use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don’t think it’s The Cognite AI & Data Platform's fault, but analytics on user adoptions and organization data completion rate would help us identify and close gaps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Cognite AI & Data Platform brings all my data into one environment, adding value and visibility. It translates time series and P&I data into meaningful insights for process monitoring and notifications.
