We have implemented Piercloud this year, and not only is the product great, but the support team is incredible. By maintaining frequent communication, we have greatly improved our Lighthouse usage, helping us democratize access to Finops data across the company while tracking expenses in a multi-cloud scenario. The Savings Plan Manager module is great as well, and I heavily recommend it, as it simplifies savings administration and reduces the work related to reserved instances.
