Individuals cannot use it due to license issues

If you download it on EC2, it consumes a lot of storage and incurs continuous costs.
It's difficult to get in touch with the vendor, and their feedback is extremely slow.
Even if you somehow manage to contact them, they say it's uploaded for corporate use only.
In the end, individuals can't purchase a license or even use it.
I really don't understand why they uploaded this to a public cloud.
Other foreign vendors include basic VM licenses, so even individuals can use them.
But in this case, you're paying and still can't use it, and the feedback is slow—it's honestly the worst.
