What do you like best about the product?

Once you get past the initial learning curve, Fullcast is an incredibly powerful tool. As long as you have clean source data and your parameters set up properly in Salesforce, the integration is pretty seamless. It also gives you the flexibility to be as robust as you need when building, refining, and adjusting territory models. Customer support is top-notch and always willing to help.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tool has a high learning curve. It takes some serious time and hands-on effort to fully understand how to navigate and leverage the platform to its full potential.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fullcast is the main platform I use to plan and manage territories. The balancer provides a clear visual picture of equitability across and among territories. The built-in metrics are quite robust as well, including tools for minimizing disruption.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the Fullcast territory management solution. It helps us execute territory changes and handle ongoing maintenance throughout the year, and it also supports our company’s annual planning process. We also use Full Forecast for lead routing, although that isn’t something I personally manage. Still, I know it gets a lot of use on our side as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Fullcast could benefit from more AI built in. Right now, it seems to require a lot of manual guidance, and making edits can sometimes feel cumbersome. That said, I generally find it to be a useful tool overall, and I’m fairly sure we aren’t taking advantage of all the features it offers.

Territory management, along with account and opportunity maintenance, at scale.

The navigation is very simple and easy to use. The software is also straightforward and easy to understand, so it isn’t difficult to learn or use, even if it’s your first time working with it.

I didn’t find anything I disliked about the software.

I use it to access more detailed information about companies and brand websites. It also benefits me by helping me write future blog posts.

I think there can be a search bar at the top to help find keywords, instead of having to scroll through

Research can take so much time, and Fullcast's product does a lot of that time consuming work for you. The AI is so useful, and performs really well.

I really appreciate the accessibility, the easy navigation, and the fact that the sources are quoted.

It’s surprising that it hasn’t already been introduced across more marketing channels!

Definitely saving time when finding research for an article or blog, checking how relevant certain keywords are, and spotting some great blog post opportunities.

The team is incredible and supportive, and their SEO tools make utilizing AI competitive while still keeping the human touch

I’d need to use the product for a bit longer to give a fuller opinion, but so far I have no complaints.
