What do you like best about the product?
A comprehensive PLM tool covering various aspects and a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are multiple workspaces within one organization, both do not open simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Arena for product data management and change management cycles for product sustenance.

Navigation overhead across many specialized workspaces to find the right items and BOMs.
Revision and disposition complexity demands careful inputs, slowing implementation.

Managing items and large assemblies is easy.
Time-Saving Filters Make Product Searches Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in Arena PLM is the filters. These filters save time when searching for any product, so I can spend more time on more productive things.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to export the Excel file, I run into a few issues. Some numbers, like 0, are missing from certain part numbers, and the formatting is a bit difficult to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the specific category I needed was really difficult, but Arena solved that for me. I saved so much time using Arena’s filters, and I was able to find the exact item I needed to work on.
Secure Document Control for Team Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Provides secure document control that can be easily shared between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not very intuitive, takes awhile to get use to and implement when changing from previous system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of documentation, oversight of product lifecycle, tracking and implementation of change controls.
Boosts Collaboration with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like Arena PLM & QMS's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to adapt and helps maintain document confidentiality with respect to hierarchy. The well-defined search bar is a great help, allowing me to navigate through multiple items with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
While uploading the latest files in items, the older name still sticks, and new files do not get auto-updated. I have to upload files individually in the request category. It would be helpful if it could auto-read the file name, as it does for the initial upload, for every upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena PLM & QMS improves document management, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. I use it for BOM management, product documentation, change control, revision and history control, component tracking, and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
Great Document Storage, But Outdated and Unfriendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
It s a good tool to store all the important documents. Has time stamps and adding the users is very easy process

The UI is very outdated. Feels like using a website from 2000s. Not at all user friendly

My organization uses it to store the supplier documents and reviews and signoffs
Easy to Navigate Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use this frequently and it is easy to navigate

As Arena is easy to navigate, it also doesn't have a how to navigate the app.

It helps me by being able to find what I need with a few clicks

often the menus or workflow does not make sense.
Just today, we had an ECO and redline was not showing within ECO.
we had a PCBA assembly where a capacitor had two RFEF DES removed, and the label on pCBA going from A1 to A2.
The redline was visible within BOM but not within ECO .
soon as the label was added as an item for change, then the RED line was showing changes within the ECO for both the PCBA and the label.
so that was interesting and not very intuitive.
The REDlines shoud have shown what is being changed to PCBA and Alert should have shown that Label is not added under the "item to change".
