What do you like best about the product?
Great using at work for finding parts in an organized manor for inspection templates or reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything is very straight forward and categorized, however at first it took some time getting use to finding certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, and it is very helpful because I can just look something up in the search bar and all of the records are there.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and navigate everything is neatly organized. Great for warehouse operations , training and documents are easily accessible. The website runs fast and no glitches whatsoever. Not sure about the pricing but def worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there is a better way to help seamline some processes such as the training and multiple tabs such as item tab when it could be shown without having to scroll and dig through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a warehouse standpoint, it helps with traceability of warehouse inventory as well as accurate product information and documentation. Easy way to collaborate with engineers and others .

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to track part numbers and quickly see what has already been entered.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I’m not really sure yet. I haven’t had much training with it, so I’m still pretty new and figuring things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating BOMs is straightforward. Almost everyone on the team has access to edit, and it updates live.

its ability to centralize product and quality data in a single cloud-based platform. It improves collaboration across teams, provides strong change control and traceability, and helps organizations maintain compliance while accelerating product development.

limited flexibility for highly customized processes and effort associated with implementation, reporting customization, and data migration.

The biggest benefit is having a single source of truth for product and quality information, which improves efficiency, reduces errors, speeds up change approvals, and makes it easier to support manufacturing

Secure Document Sharing vs Search Improvement Needed

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to share a secure link to documents to Arena to upload. I like that when the document is modified, it makes a distinction between released revision of the link and working revision of the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still feels very difficult to find documents - need the search to be able to search within the documents for details that may not have been captured in the summary or other tabs. That may be a tall order but it definitely will help because there is not an alignment for naming conventions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of all approved documents through our QMS. It also shows us how long it takes to get through approval.

What do you like best about the product?
Good version control which makes it easy to see older document editions
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature is poor, as typos and extra spaces are not handled well.

It would be very difficult to organize documents of multiple editions across many projects. This provides a clear, accessible, and visual organization

What do you like best about the product?
Arena is easy to pick up and understand quickly, making it suitable for users at any experience level. I like the customizable home layouts that clearly show which tasks are coming due and which have been assigned to me. The in-depth search features, along with the ability to save searches and bookmark frequently used items, are especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking associated items/files is not always the most intuitive. Trying to find related files and items can be challenging if you don't know which tab to look in and where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the Medical Manufacturing space, it controls documentation and change control. It manages NCRs and CAPAs as well as streamlines approvals and training requirements.

Reliable Arena: Sequential Part Numbering, BOM Generation & Solidworks Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be used to generate sequential part numbers and, from there, can generate a BOM. I've had no performance issues with this and there are plenty of support options. Arena integrates well with Solidworks. I haven't had a chance to try any of the AI / Intelligence features yet. I find the UI / UX to be decent, though I dislike that the navigation buttons are in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of using Arena with Solidworks is that you need to generate parts in Solidworks before you can generate part numbers in Arena. So, you end up switching between Arena and Solidworks a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest benefits of Arena is that it helps engineers assign categorized sequential part numbers, preventing duplicates.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Arena PLM & QMS helpful as a consolidated place to find quality-related documentation. I like the exhaustive nature; if something exists, Arena has a place for it. It's all-around good and easy to get used to as a user.

A recently used area within the home page (or suggestions to implement things like this so users can leverage)
