What is our primary use case?

I am using this product for making PDF documents accessible for customers with accessibility limitations.

How has it helped my organization?

Accessidoc allowed me to provide better service to my customers and offer a more inclusive service.

What is most valuable?

The central dashboard, ease of use, and compliance with accessibility standards and regulations are valuable features.

What needs improvement?

For me, it did everything I expected of it.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used it for less than a year.

I didn't use any other solution prior to using Accessidoc.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I find the basic offering satisfactory, and I will upgrade as required.

I did not find equivalent products to evaluate at the time.

What other advice do I have?

We use it to provide better service for our customers. Using this product also made us aware of standards and legislation of which, as a small operation, we were previously unaware.
