What do you like best about the product?

I like the visibility OneLens provides into cloud costs, especially the cost anomaly detection and optimization recommendations. The data transfer insights are also useful for identifying unexpected or unnecessary data transfer costs and understanding where there is scope for optimization.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't come across any major issues so far.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneLens helps our organization get better visibility and control over cloud costs. It helps identify cost anomalies, highlights optimization opportunities through recommendations, and provides insights into data transfer costs. This makes it easier for us to identify unexpected costs and take action to optimize overall cloud spend.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about OneLens is that it can be customized based on our specific requirements. The team has also helped us automate our month-end processes, especially the cost allocation activities that used to take around 12 hours to complete manually. This has significantly reduced the effort involved and made the overall process much more efficient. The value is good compared to the investment. The improved visibility, automation, and reduction in manual effort make OneLens a worthwhile tool for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI could be made more modern and visually appealing to enhance the overall user experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneLens gives us better visibility into cloud costs, enhanced budget tracking, and automation of key FinOps processes. It has also helped us automate cost allocation, saving around 12 hours of manual effort during each month-end cycle and reducing the risk of manual errors.

I use OneLens for its flexibility and the ways it helps with FinOps through features like cost optimization and reporting. The initial setup wasn't difficult, which made the transition smooth.

I feel like the UI should be more interactive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find OneLens helps with reporting, cost optimization, alerting, governance, and automation, providing valuable recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?

The UI is simple and very intuitive also the team has provided a good number of sessions, so navigating and finding the exact widget is very easy.

Onelens is working as expected, and currently we have explored only AWS accounts, but the platform does provide multiple cloud integrations.

The cost analysis has become very easy with the dashboards. We appreciate the anomaly feature for detecting any cost abnormality at an early stage. So far, the performance is good.

The monthly charges are highly appreciated.

Any request we have raised has been taken into their pipeline, and the team is very supportive in resolving any issues.

It helps in finding anomalies, monitoring costs overall, account-wise, and tag-wise in a single place, provide insights into costs related to data transfer and S3.

There are multiple recommendations for saving costs.

What do you like best about the product?

The Onelens team has really hand-held our ops team through integrating Onelens in Azure and AWS. It provides fairly good insights that are otherwise hard to find and time-consuming to pull together. These insights can also be organised well through dashboards, which makes them easier to track and share. Overall, the insights feel accurate, with very few false positives. Onelens pays for itself by providing cost leakages and optimisations

The feature set is rich, so it can feel slightly overwhelming for new team members at first. More detailed inline documentation or guided interactive tooltips for advanced policy configurations would help speed up team enablement.

This cuts our monthly cloud spend and saves our engineering team hours of manual audit work every week.

What do you like best about the product?

I use OneLens for monitoring, and it helps me identify anomalies. It provides Kubernetes cluster utilization reports, which have helped us optimize our system and reduce costs. I like that the user interface is very simple yet informative, which reduces the learning curve, making the induction of the tool into the system very easy. The initial setup of OneLens was super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the refresh rate slow, which makes it challenging for me to identify anomalies quickly. If I could receive information quicker, I would be able to mitigate issues faster.

I use OneLens to identify anomalies and optimize our Kubernetes cluster utilization, reducing costs. Its simple, informative User Interface eases the learning curve, making system integration smooth.

What do you like best about the product?

Astuto makes it really easy to turn cloud cost data into useful, actionable insights. Creating custom dashboards is straightforward and flexible, which lets us focus on the metrics that matter most to us. The VPC Flow Log analysis is another feature I really like—it helps us better understand network activity and investigate cost and usage patterns without having to dig through raw logs manually.

The support from the Astuto team has also been great. They were very helpful during the initial setup and continue to stay engaged through regular follow-ups, making sure we’re getting the most out of the platform. Overall, Astuto makes cloud cost visibility and analysis much simpler and more practical. The value is good compared to what we’re paying. The visibility into cloud costs, ease of identifying optimization opportunities, and time saved in analyzing spend make the platform worthwhile. The support from the team and the simplicity of integrating with our cloud environment also add to the overall value.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are a couple of areas that could be refined further. The AI-generated reports could benefit from some additional tuning, and the automatic closure of Azure tickets could be improved to make the workflow more seamless. That said, these are relatively minor points, and the Astuto team is already actively working on improving them.

OneLens gives us much better visibility into our cloud spending and makes it easy to understand where most of our costs are coming from. It helps us quickly identify areas where we may be overspending or losing money, without having to dig through complex cloud billing data. This makes it much easier to prioritize the right optimizations and take action to reduce unnecessary costs. The platform also performs well, with insights and dashboards loading reliably and making day-to-day analysis smooth and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

Oneles provides a comprehensive suite of FinOps offerings to analyze and optimize cloud costs, delivering complete visibility into cloud spendings.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are no major drawbacks to the tool. However, it could expand its feature set for other cloud providers such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as it is currently AWS-focused.

Cost anomaly detection helps identify unexpected cloud cost spikes, while AI assists in analyzing the root cause and recommending mitigation actions, ensuring that no anomaly goes unanswered.

Automated Insights, Tikceting workflow and centralized dashboards help us proavtively manage cloud spend and track savings while significantly reducing mnual effort

No Major drawbacks from our experience so far. However, continued enhancement mainly in schedulers and better approach for savings tracked would further improve overall user experience
