What do you like best about the product?
The Art of the possible. No software gets you all the way home, it has to work for your business vs the other way around. Extend gives you the opportunity to create custom experiences and workflows that fit into the way you doing business vs you trying to fit your flow in the proverbial "box"

It can be complex, but with the right partner, it makes it much easier

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Developer application because it helps with roadblocks when I’m learning Workday Extend development. It’s easier to learn if you aren’t an expert in code, and I like not having to piece products together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t give Workday Extend the entire design in one conversation; I have to talk through each step one at a time. It’s not intuitive to a new user that Extend works this way. I’d like better user guides, more customer use case demos, and online drop-in sessions with Workday to discuss how to build an app or improve one on the marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to piece products together.

There isn’t much else to say, except that it can’t do some of the things Extend AI can do.

It’s easy to create custom applications rapidly and efficiently.

Nothing major....there are a few business objects that would be nice to be able to extend, like Academic Affiliates.

Provides great flexibility to create custom apps for the organization's needs which don’t fit the regular ways of working and need something different

Can be a little expensive, workday is also charging for the data used

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workday Extend lets us create custom business processes that meet our needs instead of making our processes fit existing ones. Both developers and business users can use it, and I feel like we’re only limited by our creativity—we can create whatever we can think of. The initial setup was fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Workday Extend works well, but I’d like more resources to help customers get started.

We use Workday Extend to create business processes that meet our needs, rather than making our processes fit existing business processes.
