It is difficult to learn and use Multitenant Conferencing. The documentation of the application is direct and less user friendly. It is unable to accommodate a growing number of users without any hiccups. The platforms reliability and glitches make it worse.

It lacks an event recording feature. This makes it inconvenient for users when they need to access recorded events. Despite claiming to enhance communication capabilities the software fails to solve issues such, as disconnections.

Multi tenant Conferencing is unable to resolve the problems of hosting types of conferences on a platform. This has been obstructive, for our business as it does not provide a package for video and web conferences. It has made collaboration and communication very difficult.

In this application, the best part is multiple users can join an event with video and communicate with each other.

If a user explaining a topic and another user have any question then they can ask.

when the user count was increasing then in the event every user explained our topic so it created eco.

Please give an event recording feature in this product. so it is helpful for users to list this recorded event. when it is required.

Multi tenant conference platform is easy to use with simple UI. We can join meeting using browser and there is no need to download any application which makes Multi-tenant Conferencing app best among all in the market. Also I didn't find any bug till now , also it's UI looks really modern if we compare to other apps.

Very Few Documentation and Guide are available for this app although it's easy to learn but guides should be available so everyone can be aware of all the features of this application.

We are using this application for our business needs. There is a record option which is beneficial for us so we can record some session and play it later. Also this application's support team gives quick resolution in case of any issues and they usually try to resolve issue on same day.
