What do you like best about the product?

I've been using Immersive Labs for the past 6 months to enhance my cybersecurity skills, and I’m truly impressed with what they offer. As someone who’s always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve in this field, Immersive Labs provides an engaging and dynamic learning experience. It has a wide range of Lab exercises and a hands-on learning approach, the gamification and content quality everything suits me and makes this a better platform compared to the competition.

What do you dislike about the product?

While I’ve had an overall positive experience with Immersive Labs, there are a few areas where I feel the platform could improve. These aspects haven’t been dealbreakers for me, but they’re worth mentioning for anyone considering it. Firstly there's this steep learning curve which I had to face. Lack of online access is another thing which I do not like about Immersive Labs but I guess that cannot be helped. The final and foremost being that no certification as in professional certification has been awarded (from a well-recognized body), this particularly would be helpful in taking jobs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Immersive Labs is a nice solution to cybersecurity training and addressing challenges like human error and skill gap. It provides a gamified version for labs and gives a hands-on experience which has been a game changer for me. It updates according to the latest developments which keeps me up to date.

What do you like best about the product?

Interactive labs are the main attraction. The customer support and integration are easier.

User Interface is slightly complicated for beginners.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving gap between individuals and industries in the field of cybersecurity.

It is a platform which provides hands on training on CyberSecurity. I t is easy to use and provides good implementation. I see my friends frequently using it.

Sometimes it lacks in explaining more deeper concepts.

Some topics and minor technical issues occasionally stopped me from making progress.

Benefiting me in many ways, it helps improve my skills, offers real-world experience, and supports career advancement. As a student, it provides topics in an easy-to-understand manner, fostering my growth as a cybersecurity enthusiast. It also offers practical ways to apply cybersecurity incident knowledge.

Reducing the cyber risk by upskilling team and they are providing measurable ROI through data given insights

Mostly I say no dislike from their end but they are providing a security on data

As of now I did not face any issue. Earlier I faced one authentication issue.
