What do you like best about the product?
The customer service at Envoi is superb. Their team is very knowledgable and can help you along the process with creative solutions to solve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how you use it and the level of service you require, there may be areas that can be technically challenging. But nothing too bad if you have someone with some technical background and even if not, they can walk you through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to launch an OTT Platform (on demand video) to share relevant content with our members. We had existing libraries in various locations and wanted to consolidate them and make them easily disgetible. Envoi was able to take all our assets and have a working platform with custom branding and permissions within days. After valuation, we decided we wanted to go further with customizations which got more involved but for most users, you could be running a live OTT platform in days, which could save a lot of time and money both in development and revenue.
