Centralized Security Visibility with Some Gaps in Alerting
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Vision One provides a centralized, end-to-end platform for managing email security and overall cybersecurity operations. What stands out to me most is its unified approach — everything from monitoring and logging to threat visibility and investigation is available in one place. The data presentation is clean and intuitive, making it easier to analyze security events, track trends, and respond efficiently. I also appreciate the depth of logging and monitoring capabilities, which help provide better operational visibility and faster troubleshooting
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the observability and alerting capabilities still need improvement. There are some limitations in the current observability features, and the alerting functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Email security and it helps in protecting our email flow

The dashboards, and the way they show critical information—such as risk scores, threats and vulnerabilities, and security misconfigurations—are really helpful.

There are so many options to browse, with several menus and multiple agent installers to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us better visibility into our environment and helps us identify opportunities to improve our security posture.

The product feels complete overall, and having everything in one console is a major plus.

The UI needs refactoring because it creates some doubt and interrupts the user’s workflow. This is already being addressed.

I find the SIEM and EDR features of TrendAI Vision One valuable as they help in identifying issues before they occur. They effectively show us the focus points we need to address and leverage, providing a comprehensive overview. Additionally, the initial setup was guided and good, making the process smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that TrendAI Vision One makes it easier to find everything in one place, which is helpful for my work in endpoint security and management. I'm looking forward to seeing the AI feature that promotes tasks and reviews actions before taking them, as it will make life easier for me and my SOC team. I've been using TrendAI Vision One for 10 years, and I find the initial setup to be easy.

I like TrendAI Vision One for providing a unified platform that manages all my Trend AI agents. It's very valuable to have everything managed in one place.

I wish it was one agent and one area in TrendAI Vision One to manage all my endpoints.

TrendAI Vision One secures our Linux servers and gives me a platform to manage all my antiviruses. It's a unified platform that manages all my TrendAI agents.
