What do you dislike about the product?

Streamlined Global Risk Monitoring with Curated Intelligence and Real-Time Alerts
Reviewed on Jul 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Seerist brings together threat intelligence, alerting, incidents and geospatial context in a single platform, streamlining how risk is monitored across multiple operating environments. The combination of curated analysis and near-real-time alerting is particularly valuable for globally dispersed organisations, and it supports analytical work rather than replacing it. Onboarding and account support have been responsive throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using the full breadth of features effectively, and getting the most value depends on tailoring alert thresholds and areas of interest accordingly. Occasional refinements to filtering and the signal-to-noise balance on alerting would be welcome, though these are minor relative to the platform's overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seerist supports situational awareness across a wide, geographically dispersed operating footprint. It consolidates threat intelligence, incident data and geospatial context into one place, shortening the time between a developing situation and awareness of it. This reinforces duty-of-care obligations and feeds into risk assessments and briefings, complementing internal sources and analysis rather than serving as a single point of reference.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything now plots on the map. as an analyst, it allows me to visually see trends much faster than having to combine multiple platforms mentally to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the restrictions on Facebook groups and some websites. But other than that, not really a Seerist problem, so I don't have one off the top of mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to identify risks that are actually risky to our assets in real time.

Highly customizable, powerful analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
'Watch' feature lacks a longer-term view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seerist helps us cut through a very large volume of information and focus on developments that could affect our people, assets, or operations. On a tactical level, we use it to monitor events, evaluate their relevance, and maintain situational awareness. More strategically, it helps us identify emerging risks and broader trends, understand how the risk environment is changing, and support informed decision-making.

Essential for Security Context Analysis

Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I use Seerist mainly for information and analysis in a security context that helps my organization deliver its programs. I find it valuable for finding information from different sources and understanding the reliability of each source, which aids in building a structured idea with correct facts for developing security protocols. Seerist is easy to use, and because of the different types of information, it's been possible to understand historical sentiment and even predict the immediate future somehow. This feature has enabled me to understand trends of unrest in different countries, predict potential unrest, and cross-reference with news highlights to anticipate either violent or peaceful movements. Additionally, switching to Seerist from First Alert was a central decision because of the quality of information, analysis provided, and the tools offered. The initial setup of Seerist was smooth with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this is something particular for me. But I would like to have the opportunity to have multiple windows, especially for country analysis. I would like to have the chance to put on spotlight specific countries in a monitoring window to see sentiment, change in pulse, etc. Just to see if something has happened that I missed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Seerist to gather and analyze security information from multiple sources, evaluate source reliability, and predict trends, which helps my organization develop accurate security protocols.
