Ops Manager Nexus Feels Like a Second Brain for Operations
Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ops Manager Nexus is the first ops tool I’ve used that doesn’t feel like extra work. Setup was quick, the workflow is intuitive, and within about 30 seconds I can see what’s stuck, who’s overloaded, and what’s moving. It genuinely feels like having a second brain for operations, and I actually enjoy using it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop version is solid, but on mobile it’s slow and clunky. Hard to approve stuff quickly when you’re on site/in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem it solves:Chaos—tasks, updates, and reports scattered everywhere, with you constantly chasing people for status.
Benefit to me
1. Clarity- You can see what’s stuck or delayed in a single dashboard.
2. Time back - Automations and auto-reports mean less admin work and less chasing.
3. Control - You can spot issues early, instead of firefighting later.

Clean Dashboards and Strong Network Monitoring for All Devices
Reviewed on Jun 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
In OP manager best and liked thing is netwrok monitoring because it supports all network devices like switch, router, firewall , etc. Through this tool we can easily generate the network device metrics for internal and external audit purposes. Dashboard visualization also very clean so easily i can understand the status of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding network devices in the OP manager console is not an easy task. It can only be done using SNMP credentials, which makes the process more restrictive than it needs to be. In addition, implementing role-based access control for users in the organization is quite challenging and takes extra effort to set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has multiple sites and our requirement is to monitor issues at each site, track network speed, check whether the internet is down and receive alerts whenever any device goes down. To meet these requirements, we implemented and configured OP Manager. After the configuration, OP Manager has successfully fulfilled all of our monitoring requirements.

Competitive Pricing, Clear Dashboards, and Reliable Multi-Vendor Performance Monitoring
Reviewed on May 23, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
1. For the breadth of coverage it offers the licensing cost is remarkably competitive.
2. Dashboards are well-organised, visually clear, and easy to navigate. New team members get comfortable fairly quickly without much hand-holding.
3. Strong Multi-Vendor Coverage & Performance - Performance data for CPU, memory, disk, and network is reliably accurate and consistently collected without gaps.
4. The alerting-to-incident flow with ITSM works cleanly. Automatic ticket creation on threshold breaches keeps operations tight and audit-friendly without needing complex middleware or custom scripting.
5. Support is accessible, knowledgeable, and turnaround is fast. Onboarding feels assisted rather than abandoned.
6. AIOps capabilities around anomaly detection and predictive alerting are a welcome addition, helping reduce noise and surface meaningful issues before they escalate. Still maturing, but already adding practical value in day-to-day operations.

- Out-of-the-box reports cover the essentials but customisation is limited. Getting a polished, meaningful report tailored to specific stakeholder needs often requires exporting data and reworking it externally. Not ideal when you need quick executive-level visibility.

OpManager brings infrastructure and network device monitoring under one roof, removing the need to juggle multiple tools and giving the operations team a single, dependable view of overall environment health at any moment.
It helps catch performance issues - CPU, memory, disk, and network - before they snowball into outages, keeping services stable and reducing unplanned downtime that directly impacts the business.
The ITSM and CMDB integration closes the loop between monitoring and incident management, so alerts don’t just fire into a void; they turn into tracked, accountable tickets with clear ownership and established resolution workflows.
At its core, OpManager addresses a very practical need: giving a lean IT operations team strong visibility and control across a diverse, mixed-vendor environment without stretching the budget - which, for most organisations, is the real day-to-day challenge.

What do you dislike about the product?
OpManager alerting needs to be optimized. Adding AI features to explain why an alert is being triggered and what the actual cause is could deliver better results.
A monthly review of the configuration is also required so the system continues to run smoothly.
