What is our primary use case?

In my daily work, I primarily use RedHat 8.10 EUS (RHEL 8.10) for ARM with support by Rinne Labs to address escalated customer service requests (CSRs) and trouble tickets that come from different customers all over the world, which involve both application-related and OS-related issues that I need to replicate in my test lab.

When I'm replicating those issues in my test lab, RedHat 8.10 EUS (RHEL 8.10) for ARM with support by Rinne Labs stands out in making troubleshooting easier due to its ease of use compared to other versions, as the console is very user-friendly for daily tasks such as report generation and executing commands. The main UI is very robust for normal conditions, and I find the 8.10 version to be a significantly modified version in which I feel very comfortable using it.
