What do you like best about the product?

I use Jitsi for group video calls: it's very simple and intuitive and saves me from having to meet people in person. I appreciate the simplicity and the ability to mute video or audio live when I need privacy. Starting to use it is also very easy: just download it and register; I would give it 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes I encounter small bugs when clicking on the link to enter the room. I would improve the experience from clicking the link to entering the room by fixing these bugs; otherwise, it's great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Jitsi, I solve the problem of having to meet people in person.

Its open-source nature and encryption features are a big plus for me. Overall, it's a straightforward service that's easy to understand and access.

It's easy to start meetings, share ideas with team and connect with clients without a complicated setup which makes remote collaboration more efficient

Interface could feel a bit more polished. Better controls and a smoother experience during larger meetings would be helpful. For larger meetings, better participant management, moderation tools and smoother performance would make the experience more efficient

I find the mobile experience inconsistent. Joining via a mobile web browser can be spotty. While the native Jitsi iOS/Android apps work well, having to download an app on mobile doesn't align with the 'zero-download' web experience I love on desktop.

What do you like best about the product?

As an IT professional, I have always search for similar platforms opposed to mainstream ie; Microsoft Teams etc. I either use Jitsi or Google Meets, both which has came a long way to be comparable to Teams.

What do you dislike about the product?

Using Jitsi for aver 5 years, we use to have bad lag when having online meetings exceeding a dozen or so people, now they have solved that issue and we recently had a 45 member meeting with no issues.

Whether you have an account or the ability to use it free online, it works for the individual or business that is small and just starting out without a big overhead expense.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s seamless and works out of the box. You just go to the website, choose a unique meeting name, and join.

With other providers, you often need authentication and extra steps that make getting started harder. On top of that, it works well on a low-bandwidth connection. I had to attend an academic interview with poor network conditions, and the interviewer suggested using Jitsi.

The UI can be made smoother, and modern for non techie guys to understand
