Effortless WiFi Authentication with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is for our end users to authenticate. We can push certificates through our MDMs, so the end user doesn't have to do anything to authenticate. The support team is also the best I've ever interacted with, providing quick, accurate, and understandable resolutions. The initial setup process was super easy and the support team made it very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for easier control over the UI and branding for the BYOD experience. More options in the GUI to change layouts, colors, and user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 JoinNow improves our wifi authentication by enabling users to join with M365 accounts, removing the need for separate Active Directory. It enhances security with certificate-based authentication and is easy for end users as we push certs through our MDMs.
Streamlined BYOD Management with Best-in-Class Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of management especially BYOD, it has streamlined our process and allowed us to replace onprem Radius servers. The setup process was a breeze and the support is one of the best, if not the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little confusing with the terminology and trying to find specific settings. But once you find it, most is set and forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are technically hybrid with no direct connection to our iDP, SecureW2 has helped us streamline the wifi process from AppleTVs to personal devices to managed devices.
SecureW2 great for complicated network authentication and management
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest strength of SecureW2 is the large scale flexibility for authenticating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to learn and understand all of the features when first joining the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SecureW2 authenticating devices onto our network was one-dimensional and difficult. SecureW2 has helped us manage on premises and cloud based authentication into our networks for student and staff devices.
Seamless, Touchless Network Onboarding with SecureW2 JoinNow
What do you like best about the product?
We use SecureW2 JoinNow for our Higher Education institution. This means that we get to see the ease of use this product provides for our faculty, staff, and students. For our faculty and staff it allows for a touch-less and seamless connection experience to our network. This means more uptime in working hours and less downtime in working hours because of pesky personnel issues or user layer issues. Juggling passwords and certificates is a thing of the past with this SecureW2.
For our students - this allows us to provide a simplified process for adding multiple device types to our network and authenticating them all. If we have trouble devices or trouble students we can monitor and track all of it. The ease of use means less issues to resolve and less support tickets to troubleshoot. All of which means less personnel to staff.
The integration into our already existing campus network and workflow was seamless with the help of the implementation timeframe and team that worked through our specific frustrations to reach resolutions for us.

We have very few—if any—dislikes about SecureW2 JoinNow. It has been a real success for us at our university.

SecureW2 JoinNow allows us to seamlessly onboard thousands of students and faculty onto our network with little to no issues at our university.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SecureW2 JoinNow is how easy it is to use. The onboarding process for devices is simple and intuitive, which means less overhead for both users and IT staff. It also integrates smoothly with existing infrastructure, so you’re not constantly troubleshooting or maintaining complex setups.
On top of that, their customer support is excellent—fast, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Whenever questions come up, support is quick to assist and usually resolves issues on the first interaction.
Overall, it saves time, reduces headaches, and just works consistently.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I dislike about it. The platform is reliable, easy to manage, and consistently performs as expected. It streamlines certificate-based authentication without adding unnecessary complexity, so there really aren’t any pain points to call out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major issues we faced in our school district was the large number of SSIDs being broadcast across all our campuses. Managing multiple SSIDs created confusion for users and made the wireless environment harder to maintain.
With SecureW2 JoinNow, we were able to consolidate everything into a single secure SSID, while still maintaining multiple segmented networks on the backend without needing separate SSIDs. This has simplified network management, improved security through certificate‑based access, and created a much cleaner experience for students and staff.

Smart Device Detection Makes Enrollment a Breeze

I think the the portal's ability to automatically detect the device type and provide appropriate steps for that user to follow is very helpful. The simplicity of the process has made it easy for some
What do you dislike about the product?
The inherent issue with the JoinNow service (and every other similar portal) is that you require internet to reach the site in order to enroll/download certificate for authenticating on the regular SSID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one step closer to solving our desire to remove domain controllers at each of our locations.

Reliable Product with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a reliable and solid product. We used the cloud radius primarily. Support is good and they're not afraid to schedule remote sessions to troubleshoot issues, which is nice.

There is really nothing bad I can say about he product.

Cert Based Authentication is the best about SecureW2.
What do you dislike about the product?
During Intune deployment, we have to assign the intermediate cert, both user and device at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our long-standing issue for user authentication on Wifi. Moreover, it's been best with new hires where they dont have to undergo user authentication along with MFA's on their first day.
