Smart Device Detection Makes Enrollment a Breeze

I think the the portal's ability to automatically detect the device type and provide appropriate steps for that user to follow is very helpful. The simplicity of the process has made it easy for some
What do you dislike about the product?
The inherent issue with the JoinNow service (and every other similar portal) is that you require internet to reach the site in order to enroll/download certificate for authenticating on the regular SSID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one step closer to solving our desire to remove domain controllers at each of our locations.

Reliable Product with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It is a reliable and solid product. We used the cloud radius primarily. Support is good and they're not afraid to schedule remote sessions to troubleshoot issues, which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing bad I can say about he product.

Cloud Radius for Intune Joined PCs.

What do you like best about the product?
Cert Based Authentication is the best about SecureW2.
What do you dislike about the product?
During Intune deployment, we have to assign the intermediate cert, both user and device at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved our long-standing issue for user authentication on Wifi. Moreover, it's been best with new hires where they dont have to undergo user authentication along with MFA's on their first day.
Scalable, Reliable Solution with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
It reduced our infrastructure burden and is scalable. Support is good on calls, and the product is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve when trying to utilize the full feature set. Some of the documentation could be better structured/searchable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing secure 802.11 internet access on laptops and iPads.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy setup and incredibly stable environment. I have had no issues with the platform since the initial setup.

I can't think of a single negative thing about the platform. We have a small scale deployment, but everything has just worked.

SecureW2 is used for controlling access to our internal network. Issuing certificates to end users to access the WiFi.

What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 is extremely simple to implement, but not limited in features. Their engineers know their stuff. From POC to Deployment, the entire process was smooth and went as expected

The pricing and licensing model can be a barrier. The product names and licensed tiers/functionality are a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 immediately solved our wireless RADIUS authentication problems. We are a Windows Hybrid environment and trying to continue to use Windows NPS servers for authentication became challenging and practically impossible. Users can now travel to any one of our office locations and get connected to Wifi seamlessly with no user input

For our purposes of wireless authentication, I could find no issues at all—SecureW2 performs exceptionally. Any potential concerns others might raise, such as learning curve or configuration complexity, were fully addressed by the excellent deployment and support teams. In practice, the product has been seamless and dependable for us.

Its platform ensures that employees connect effortlessly without repeated logins or complicated configurations, while maintaining enterprise‑grade security standards.
