What do you like best about the product?

I use env0 to manage, deploy, and update our k8s cluster and infrastructure at scale. It eliminates the risk of failed deployments caused by local machine issues like network drops, VPN issues, or low battery. I really like the clean UI, which lets me see all the statuses of my clusters and environments across all cloud providers under one platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial setup for advanced custom workflows has a learning curve, and the documentation could include more real-world examples and maybe step-by-step flows in the UI for beginners. It would also be great to have a library of built-in starter templates for common setups, like Helm releases or multi-account integrations. For me, the initial setup was not so easy, but my other teammates who already use it helped me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the unified templates of IaaC in env zero, which reduce script mismatch by having a centralized repository for all IaaC templates. I also like that developers can spin up or modify the infrastructure resources without needing much help from a separate infra/IT team. This has been a game changer for my team as we don't have to wait for the infra team to provision new resources or update existing ones. Moreover, env zero provides integrated cost controls and better visibility, making it a valuable tool for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

I sometimes face issues when the templates go out of support from official versions, but that's more on the team maintaining the templates. However, it would be helpful if the Env Zero team could give a heads-up on components that are nearing the end of their support life. Additionally, the initial setup was mixed, with moderate difficulty.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use env0 for unified IaaC templates, reducing script mismatches and having a centralized repo. It lets devs modify infra without waiting on IT, which is huge. We switched to env0 for integrated cost controls and better visibility.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to manage our TF deployments and environments, including auto-deploy and drift detection, and I appreciate how thorough and secure the overall setup is. The UI is looking great after the change they did a few months back, very nice experience, the performance and the price are all worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?

You could potentially cause locks on the environment if you are working too heavily on it, so you have to be careful and know what you are doing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing our cloud infra with ease, it's a great TF manager.

Templated setup and ease of creating new environments using these templates. Integration points work as advertised.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be great if I can do env0 as IaC, haven't tried yet and not sure if support exists for this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

For a large organisation, ease of creating new env with minimum steps and consistency. Developers not spending all time for env setup increasing overall performance.

Github PR plans are good for Terraform/Opentofu

It has the worst menus and bugs over time

What do you like best about the product?

The user experience is clean and easy to navigate, and the flexibility to support multiple IaC frameworks and tools, combined with powerful integrations and custom workflows, allows organizations to standardize deployments and operations without forcing teams to change how they work. It provides the right balance of structure and flexibility, making it easier to scale infrastructure management across teams.

From a business perspective, env zero delivers strong value through its enterprise-friendly pricing model, workflow standardization, and drift detection capabilities. The platform performs reliably at scale, provides actionable operational intelligence powered by AI. The env zero team has been a responsive partner throughout our adoption journey. Overall, it gives us the governance, visibility, and flexibility needed to operate efficiently while maintaining clear ownership, accountability, and operational consistency.

What do you dislike about the product?

While our overall experience has been very positive, there are a couple areas where env zero could improve. The support ticket process could provide better visibility into ticket status and progress. We would also like to see more detailed and accessible reporting around license consumption and usage trends to help with planning, forecasting, and overall license management. Overall, these are relatively minor improvements compared to the value the platform delivers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

env zero solved several challenges for us, including fragmented Infrastructure as Code workflows, inconsistent deployment processes, limited visibility into infrastructure changes, and reliance on individual expertise. By centralizing plans, approvals, logs, run history, and drift management into a single platform, we were able to standardize operations, improve governance, and reduce operational complexity.

It has enabled us to scale more efficiently while maintaining the governance and control expected in an enterprise environment.

Would like to see more MCP features so to plug it in with AI agents

What do you like best about the product?

It makes maintaining our environments very easy. Setting them up and tearing them down is straightforward. It integrates seamlessly with our pipeline and does so in a timely manner. It saves us a lot of time compared with manually onboarding our environments, because it handles that work for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, finding a specific environment can take a bit of time. If you have tens of thousands of environments, it could take a noticeable amount of time to locate the one you’re looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to automatically stand up and maintain hosted customer environments.

Price to feature ratio is really good. Billing model is also much better than TFC.

What do you dislike about the product?

You can't create attributes like you do on TFC so I can't varriablize my workspaces.

I like how env0 makes managing Terraform environments much easier. It gives us a central place to run and track changes, handle approvals, and see what’s happening with each environment. It also saves a lot of manual effort compared to managing everything through CI/CD pipelines ourselves.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the UI can feel a bit slow, especially when there are a lot of environments or runs. Troubleshooting failed runs could also be a little easier, as you sometimes have to dig through logs to figure out what went wrong.

env0 helps us simplify the way we manage Terraform environments and deployments. It gives us a central place to run changes, manage approvals, track deployments, and see the status of different environments. This reduces a lot of manual work and makes the overall process more consistent and easier to manage across the team.
