What do you like best about the product?

It’s easy to deploy, very user-friendly, and delivers great performance.

What do you dislike about the product?

Driver compatibility issues are the biggest problem, especially with certain types of printers that aren’t from larger companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating PrinterLogic with other third-party solutions is easy.

What do you like best about the product?

I like PrinterLogic’s user experience best. I can look at the floor plan, see where I am and which printers are closest, then select a printer and install it to print. If I move offices or floors, I don’t have to walk around to find printers or write down a printer name or IP address; I can find and install one right from the floor plan. Users are much happier, and installing printers is much easier. Setup was very easy and straightforward, with professional services helping get it stood up.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a complicated IP-printing environment, struggled to maintain the printer page, and users didn’t know where the printers were. PrinterLogic solved all of that for us.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s one place where I can manage all my printers, keep an eye out for issues, and handle multi-site management easily.

Getting printers set up in the UI wasn’t too bad, and after learning the software, the performance felt 10x better.

I did have to reach out to the support team once because of a printer malfunction. It took a little bit to get on the same page, but overall the support was great and they were amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?

Initial deployment and setup were a bit rough because I couldn’t bulk-edit deployment settings or copy and paste. For example, we have four printers at one site, and I had to configure each printer separately. Once everything was set up, though, it has been working with no issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We got rid of our print spooler and print server, and it’s faster from hitting print to the job actually printing.

The central update point to push all changes

All features work as expected, no issues identified so far

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing hundreds of printers from one central interface. Allowing fine grained permissions to enable customers to manage their own printers.

What do you like best about the product?

Incredible ease of use for deployment. I manage 170 printers and deployment is second nature. Printer tickets dropped to esentially zero from moving away from traditional print servers.

What do you dislike about the product?

The reporting leaves a lot to be desired. I have to build a custom SNMP application to get detailed reporting on things that should be built into printer logic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Printer mapping and deployment on non-persistent VDI. I will fight anyone who tries to make me leave printerlogic.

What do you like best about the product?

PrinterLogic has saved countless hours installing and updating drivers.

What do you dislike about the product?

When you need to set up a one-off driver to handle a specific special project, either you use a license to set up the modified driver, or have to set the driver up manually on a PC. This downside is more circumstantial, and not really a fault of PrinterLogic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PrinterLogic saves hundreds of hours of our time to install and upgrade our printer drivers.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use for administrators and end users. Cost effect and very easy to integrate new devices. Lightens work load of tech dept and is reliable. Support provided is remarkable and timely.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cost increase with today's tightened budget.

End users can connect to printers on their own saving tech support time to assist other staff members. Inventory of printers in one place.

How easy it is to install printers, prevent users from accessing other printers, and the flexibility of PrinterLogic.

What do you dislike about the product?

The process of installing the agent on Mac and Windows devices could be smoother. I wish you offered a bundled option that would generate an installation package for both Mac and Windows with our authorization code already included, so we don’t have to create it manually ourselves.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PrinterLogic solved our problem of having to maintain a print server and everything that comes with it. Now our printers are easier and quicker to install.

What do you like best about the product?

I’m able to manage the drivers for a large fleet of printers with relative ease, which makes the overall process much more straightforward.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I can think of is that if printer drivers are manually installed incorrectly, PrinterLogic doesn’t replace them with the correct driver.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adding new computers and managing printer drivers across a large fleet of printers and computers—especially when those drivers need to be organized by department—used to be a real struggle. PrinterLogic has turned that process into a breeze and makes it much easier to keep everything organized. It quickly updates drivers when just adding a computer or doing large-scale printer changeouts.
