Seamless Security with Familiar Browsing Experience

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that users still feel like they’re using a normal browser, while we keep the risky part on the back end. I can set rules for which sites are allowed, how files are downloaded, and what people can copy or upload, all from one console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first few weeks required some tuning. A couple of internal web apps didn’t work as expected until we adjusted policies, and some heavy web tools can feel a bit slower because they run through the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to protect remote staff and contractors on personal devices without installing extra software. It has cut down malware-related tickets and makes it easier to prove how web access is controlled during audits, because all the browsing activity and policy decisions are logged in one place.

Centralized Control and Seamless User Experience

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can control downloads, uploads, and copy-paste from one place, and policies follow users through our login system. It works well without adding another agent to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trade off is that you have to spend some time tuning policies for niche or older web apps. A few internal tools didn’t behave well until we added specific exceptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma protects remote staff and contractors on unmanaged devices, lowers web based security incidents, and gives clear logs for faster investigation.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Prisma Access Browser for its usability and modern design, which is both aesthetically pleasing and highly performant. The integration of security seamlessly into the browser is another highlight, as it simplifies our company's policy management by embedding it within the browser itself. This is particularly beneficial when working with contractors, allowing for consistent policy enforcement without the need to apply policies to personal computers. Furthermore, the Prisma Access Browser provides a cost-effective, single-solution for both browser security and management, eliminating the need for multiple apps or services. The transition from Chrome was straightforward due to its Chrome-based foundation, making it an intuitive choice for our team. Additionally, the setup process was straightforward, which enhanced our overall experience with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the browser’s performance under heavy load can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access Browser consolidates browser security and management into one tool, reducing costs and enabling seamless policy integration, especially for contractors using personal devices.

What do you like best about the product?
It brings enterprise-grade security and access controls directly into the browser, where most work happens today. Instead of relying only on traditional endpoint agents or VPNs

Because of its heavy inspection, isolation and policy-enforcement mechanis, the browser can be a little slow, also some legacy web apps, browser extensions and custom workflows does not behave correctl
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to address several modern security and access challenges brought on by remote work, cloud adoption, and helps against phishing, malware, and malicious web content by inspecting web sessions in real time

  • November 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This tool offers a strong level of security thanks to its features, such as firewall as a service (FWaaS), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), URL filtering, and threat prevention, all managed centrally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inclusion of extra expenses like maintenance, support, and additional licences can significantly raise the overall cost of the solution. This increase may render it unaffordable for many organisations with limited budgets.

Prisma Access Browser security significantly assists by blocking a range of malicious elements, such as scripts, downloads, phishing, malicious extensions, etc.

Robust Security and Seamless Integration, but Setup Can Be Complex

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Prisma Access Browser provides a secure, cloud-delivered browsing experience that helps maintain zero-trust access for remote users. I like how it isolates browsing sessions to protect endpoints from malicious content and data loss. The integration with other Palo Alto tools like Cortex and Panorama also makes management seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Prisma Access Browser provides excellent security, the initial configuration and policy setup can be a bit complex. It requires familiarity with the Palo Alto ecosystem to fine-tune policies effectively. A more intuitive setup wizard or better documentation would make onboarding smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prisma Access Browser provides secure remote access for users without relying on traditional VPNs. It helps enforce granular access controls, protect sensitive data, and reduce exposure to threats when users browse corporate or external resources. This has improved both security posture and user productivity.

Effortless Security for Remote Workforces

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Deploying was fast and most users didn’t need training. I can push policies from one place, isolate risky sites in the cloud, and stop dangerous downloads before they hit our endpoints. That cut down routine security tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tuning policies for legacy apps took a few weeks. Cloud rendering can slow heavy web apps for some users, and a couple of file workflows needed manual exceptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Prisma Access Browser to secure web access for remote employees and contractors. It saves rollout time, reduces malware incidents, and offers centralized control for quick orders and troubleshooting without installing agents or adding extra work for IT.

Great Security and Control

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps web sessions in the cloud, so no threats reach user devices. I like how easy it is to set rules for downloads, uploads, and clipboard use from one console. It also connects smoothly with our identity system, so we can apply different access levels for staff and contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup takes time because the default rules are strict. Some apps run a bit slower with cloud rendering, and a few teams needed extra whitelists to work normally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects unmanaged and BYOD devices without installing anything. We have seen fewer security incidents, faster audits, and better visibility through centralized logs.
