What do you like best about the product?

Adding Miramis to my legal tech stack was one of the first decisions I made when I joined Aonic. We'd used the CLM at my previous company and I cannot operate without it.

Honestly, what I appreciate most is that it is the platform where business and legal meet. The interface was clearly built by people who understand in-house legal workflows. With AI built into all the products, it becomes genuinely useful in every flow rather than thin wrappers, and the team behind the product clearly listens to feedback.

Contract work and data sits in one place, preventing my team from context-switching between tools and ensuring contracts aren't lost. Roll-out was fast, adoption was real, and the product keeps getting better release on release.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing significant. Like any platform, you get more out of it the more you invest in setting it up properly - but that's true of any serious tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's letting me run an AI-first, modern legal function. Faster turnaround times, consistent workflows, full visibility into our contract database, and a team that spends more time on strategic work and less on chasing information.

The simplicity and accessibility offered.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is possible that I am not utilizing all the features included in my package agreement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help me quickly produce documents for a job application, for example, or a confidentiality agreement.

What do you like best about the product?

It makes most day-to-day contracting like NDAs, hiring, and standard sales contract easy to manage and sign by any member of the team. We are saving so much money on lawyers and saving managers' time by distributing the legal tasks amongst our own employees. It's basically democratising law! We use it every week and it has been very easy to implement and integrate with our previous contracts. The customer support has been very helpful too, but we rarely had to contact them.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is sometime complex to format and edit templates

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to have to ask someone else in the team to manage contracts while now we do it ourselves, faster.

Good templates and easy to use interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not as adaptable as wanted. Needs to become more focused on helping FinTechs.

Automated one contract.

What do you like best about the product?

Its easy to navigate, the templates are good and it goes fast to send the contract for signature. You have good control over the access rights and easy to search contracts.

What do you dislike about the product?

Difficult to upload several documents as you have to approve one separately, metadata needs to be improved, Excel files cannot be opened through the platform.

A contract system where everything can be done, negotiate an agreement, upload and get it signed, which Pocketlaw helps with.

The ease of use and a wide array of templates to choose from.

Would be great if they added a stock transfer form as part of their template.

Saves time when generating documents.

It's quite simple to use, and I use Pocketlaw frequently.

When we have to use the duplicate document option it won't let us, this happens very rarely only.

Pocketlaw makes the whole process in handling legal documents ver smooth

Pocketlaw is easy to understand and use by non-legal professionals and allows them to create, review, amend, and approve contracts rather than bottleneck those processes through a centralised legal team.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sharp rise in price since its first iteration. But understandable due to their new AI and othe features that have been developed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows several departments to self-serve their contracting tasks which minimises bottlenecking through a centralised and small legal department. The AI summary features will also reduce the time spent for manual review of third party contracts.

What do you like best about the product?

An intuitive solution where we do not need to put much time or effort to make our employees get started. I guess that we will have good use of the automated contract templates, but until now we have not managed to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

The lack of opportunity to connect our agreements with each other, aside from putting them in the same folder.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The day we have uploaded all our contracts into Pocketlaw, we will hopefully save money on contracts that normally is terminated too late. Additionally, we can increase accesability to our contracts for the whole organization through a centralized storage unit.
