What do you like best about the product?
What I value most is the ability to centralize and organize all my workflows within a single platform. Furthermore, it allows for seamless collaboration with various stakeholders by enabling granular access control, ensuring that the right people have the right level of information security and permissions

However, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep, and it takes some time for new users to get used to the interface, but Megan was a huge help in getting us up to speed

The tool effectively solves the issue of information silos and scattered data across multiple platforms. It eliminates the need for constant status update emails and minimizes the risk of human error when sharing sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
I researched several options for file sharing hosts and Digify was the best option, customer service was amazing and onhand whenever we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of control it gives when sharing sensitive files. I can decide who can view download or print which gives peace of mind. The interface is clean and uploading documents is quick. I also like the tracking feature since I can see how recipients are interacting with the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it takes a few extra seconds to load bigger files.

Earlier I was handling documents through email and it got messy very fast. Now I can track who has signed and who is pending without confusion. It reduces delays and helps me keep proper records which is important when working with multiple clients.

For me the best part is the control it gives even after a file is shared. I can set limits on viewing downloads and add expiry which helps when dealing with sensitive documents. What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage for me is how much control I get after sending a document. I can restrict downloads set expiry and even see how recipients interact with the file. This makes it very useful when dealing with confidential information. The platform is also simple enough that clients can access files without needing much guidance which saves time.

It takes a bit of time to explore all permission settings properly
