A solution to a problem that’s already been solved

What do you like best about the product?
Not a whole lot to like here.. basically we have an app that provides the equivalent of Apple pay but for transit cards. As soon as transit cards come up alongside boarding passes on iPhone with the quick double-click of the lock button, masabi, at least as a separate app, will go by the wayside.
What do you dislike about the product?
As stated above, our dated and unnecessary solution to a problem that’s already been solved. I see no future for masabi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used this app for a transit where it was suggested to download and try the app. Nothing novel here.
