What do you like best about the product?
1. Provides Features like summary, trackers, and score.
2. AI-based speech-to-text solution

1. Cost is very high which could be one concern

Offer a method for converting unstructured text, video, and audio input into organized events, insights, and information with AI intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps improving conversations using Generative AI which will help companies customers acquire more customers and probably get customer success done through it. So all in all good product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about it. As I said It's a good product and I don't see any downside in the product. We have just started to see how it can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to add conversation intelligence to our website and product. It will take time to implement and get the best use of it. Trying to figure how it can help us out.

What do you like best about the product?
it requires no training an easy plug n play feature and converts the API and SDK into an audio, or video for easy understanding without coding experience it is unique
What do you dislike about the product?
when beginners visit this site it is difficult to understand and the pricing is somewhat ok it could be better by making a student pricing who do projects while in college
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without coding experience it makes code like javascript and more it benefits some code and it recognize our voice and make speaker ration and provide transcripts
