SD-WAN
What do you like best about the product?
Reduces cost. Instead of applying for MPLS. Management is also centralized which help IT admins to make their job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sites with no signal is hard to implem with sdwan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WAN failover, WAN smoothing for business applications like zoom, o365 and others

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies the management and operation of a WAN. We will get significant control over our WAN traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need skillful engineers to get the full advantage of this technology since it is a new concept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created a good "control policy" that helps us get complete control over the WAN traffic, and also, ISP team intervention is no longer required.

What do you like best about the product?
The Idea of a single control plane and multiple data planes used only with the help of numerous Edge devices, which are managed by a single Orchestrator makes R&D easy and more reliable for both reliability and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mainly do not dislike anything about SD-WAN as it is the future now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved many problems with SD-WAN, but mainly for traffic reliability using multiple modes of traversing traffic.
Implementing sd wan solutions makes things easy to manage and makes network reliable

Keep it simple and Always look for CloudManaged solutions as most of the applications today are SAAS based and SDWAN sometimes lacks local security features having cloud-managed can open up for other SAAS offerings that can easily complement your SDWAN strategy for full-stack of service support at your local branches.

Small boxes edge devices dont have enough Network ports don't sometimes performance may or may not compromise

WAN load balancing better remote sites communication with data centers and with each others security is much better if connectivity with data center goes down it still keeps intact the compliance and policies

Redundancy for multiple locations over internet links under a single umbrella. Ease of deployment and flexibility to configure.

DPI analysis, Intelligent path selection based on Congestion/Jitter/Latency, Provides us the Redundancy. Policy configuration through Centralized Management plane.
