What do you like best about the product?
1.DuploCloud offers a sophesticated web interface which is no-code & intuitive to work on.
2. Through its iterative deployment approach, we can break down our enterprise application into managable chunks for archival & recursive demands.
3. We can refine specific components of our application & annotate goals, versions, releases and other comments while working with multiple teams.
4. It also helps in preventing rollback of our silos while executing our infrastructure deployments & to prevent malfunctions and failovers

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is its pricing model for enterprise services which is relatively high. Its mostly suitable for multi-branch pipeline automation & resource provisioning. For small-scale enterprise, DuploCloud can offer affordable pricing model with relative services.
Apart from this, application deployment services provided for our GCP infrastructure is efficient & we can follow comprehensive regulatory standards for our DevOps implementations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. DuploCloud takes care of the tedious automated infrastructure deployments for our Google Cloud Platform without compromising on the application performance & availability.
2. It has a robust rule-based engine which effectively transtates our application configurations to low level infrastucture constructs for easy deployments.
3. For users from non-technical background, its web-based UI is excellent for end-to-end DevOps workflow creation.
4. Since DuploCloud offers no-code based approach to automation procurements, we can focus more on our application enhancements & reduce cloud operation costs.
5. We can also export our native Terraform code of the current infrastructure without any proprietary constructs which is excellent for our dynamic client procurements.

some times occasional glitches or technical issues are there, although the Duplo Cloud team is known for being responsive and helpful in resolving any issues that arise.

Duplo Cloud is particularly beneficial because it allows us to automate many of the manual tasks associated with project management, such as time and expense tracking, document management, and scheduling.

Because DuploCloud's engineering team is primarily based in India, customers in other parts of the world may be concerned about time zone differences. However, DuploCloud has demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service and availability, so this may not be a significant issue.

DuploCloud automates and streamlines infrastructure and security compliance processes, saving organizations time and resources that would otherwise be spent on manual processes. The emphasis on security compliance at DuploCloud assists organizations in maintaining and enforcing best practices for protecting their infrastructure and applications.

Easy to use, realiable and it supports all aws services my business needs to oprate

I've had issues sometimes finding answers on it's docs specially regarding terraform stuff

Makes easier to manage environments on our application. Also it is fairly easy to set up, maintain and make updates as needed since many times business requirements change
Love the Duplo Cloud product, it is awesome and deploying the build quickly

I like the scalability, flexibility of DuploCloud, which is built on cloud-native architecture. DuploCloud helps to handle large volumes of data and process them quickly. It also helps for automating data integration tasks, reducing the need for manual intervention and saving time. And last but not least DuploCloud security features such as data encryption, access controls, and monitoring to ensure the safety of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing where the product can improve on it's UX. Maybe it would be more apparent if the deployment process had the wizard (step-by-step) kind of UX, making it much easier for a new customer to go with the flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Their involvement and backing in any deployment-related problems we encounter are outstanding. Their expertise in AWS DevOps is exceptional. They were of great assistance to us regarding ECS, a subject in which we previously lacked understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have support for GCP, but it is very basic; not like every service on AWS can be hosted using duplo, it is not straightforward.

Duplo has been pretty convenient to use.
They don't use any proprietary tech, so essentially, whatever they set up for is ultimately all available on your AWS account.
They also help with devops issues, wherever the internal team has been stuck.
Would highly recommend it for any teams that do not have in house devops/limited devops.

Sometimes, a few inconsistencies have been observed, but it hasn't been critical so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me hire limited devops in house support, and I can mostly rely on Duplo for all my compliance and infrastructure security needs.

What do you like best about the product?
DuploCloud has been a game-changer for us. Not just the ease of deployment and replicating environments but also maintaining the security standards on GovCloud. We are very confident with DuploCloud managing our infrastructure. Another highlight is their proactiveness; they monitor the infrastructure and ensure that there is no downtime and that our infrastructure remains updated with security standards. DuploCloud has also been very helpful with knowledge transfer/ learning sessions; they have always been available to clear our doubts and educate us on infrastructure and security-related queries. Overall we are glad to have DuploCloud with us and would like to express our gratitude for their continued support. Thank you DuploCloud; we wish you all the best.

So far, there has been no downside that comes to my mind. We have had a fantastic experience and would love to continue having the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first approached DuploCloud as we wanted to bring up a GovCloud Environment. However, after doing business with them, we decided to move our existing non-GovCloud environments to DuploCloud. We even brought up non-GovCloud Duplo Environment.

We had to deploy DuploCloud in a new separate AWS account/VPC which was a bit inconvenient while accessing resources in our existing AWS account/VPC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows team of developers to self-serve deploy and manage cloud applications with minimal understanding/expertise in AWS infrastructure management - without requiring dedicated DevOps which are always in short supply. This allowed us to launch new products without being gated by in house DevOps capacity
Great simplified and quick cloud set-up
What do you like best about the product?
Good choice of components to keep it simple and straightforward, but extensible to support extra features.

Not much, support has been great when there was any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cloud resources can be a full time job, and choosing the right components when building a webapp came make a huge difference when it comes time to maintaining it or extending it. DuploCloud has been great in helping us make the right choices and providing support for our use case.
