What do you like best about the product?
Faster and cleaner data workflow. It help standardize messy data. Improve data governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data overlap with other tools. The intent data can be noisy. It’s also expensive especially for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 data solutions doesn’t give me answers but it gives me signals and it’s up to me on how well I use them.

Lack of Peer Insights: Before G2, businesses often had to rely on biased marketing materials from vendors. G2 provides raw, verified feedback from actual users.

It's a huge help to see where we stand after driving customer reviews. These are helpful to share with sales team members who need that content in their sales cycle.

Sometimes there is too much data to find true impact with them. It would be nice to receive high level details with the content when we're looking at it vs. just a data dump.

We are in a really competitive industry so finding data points to support how your platform is different can really help our sales team win deals.

I'd say there's a ton of data and our team is very small so we do rely on guidance from the g2 team.

Sometimes, the dashboard feels a bit overwhelming at first—there’s a lot of data to slice through, and it takes time to get the hang of filtering what matters. I also wish there were more QA-specific product categories broken out clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps cut through the noise by showing real feedback from actual users. For QA, that means we can quickly find tools that are stable, reliable, and well-supported—saving us time and helping us avoid bad investments in flaky tech.
