What do you like best about the product?

It’s an OpenXDR with multiple vendor integrations. The UI is easy to use, and the configuration is straightforward. The SLA and false-positive rate are also very attractive, and the pricing is supportive for SMBs. The documentation is robust, and troubleshooting is clearly guided by the Secureworks support team. The built-in Taegis AI is also very helpful for natural-language queries, as well as for log correlation and integrations with playbooks. Overall, the platform performance is top-notch, and the service delivery times are attractive.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike about Secure Works is the limited integration with third-party tools compared to other solutions in the same industry. Another concern is the lack of widgets and dashboard customization options, which makes it harder to tailor the interface to what I need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Secureworks Taegis XDR helps us detect threats early and be proactive rather than reactive. Taegis XDR also gives us better visibility into our network devices and our cloud environment, increasing our coverage for asset exposure and helping us detect threats so we can prevent them.

What do you like best about the product?

The level of intergration with with other secuirty appliances is fantastic. Our experiences with the SOC team were fantastic

What do you dislike about the product?

The price increases were substantial. The interface was not intutive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a single person IT team. Having a 24/7 SOC team that monitored events was fantastic

I like that it alerts you to things going on your network and especially if you have the endpoints monitored

There are false positives every once in awhile.

Helping to keep network and endpints secure.

Providing a single view across all the sources and identifying the most serious threats easily
and their support is always available.

The dashboard is too much for normal IT users. we can remove some unnecessary options to minimize the logs and alert

Providing Visibility on My Enterprise network, Easy of operations and BYOD policy now we can implement without worrying about any threats

It is a cloud native, holistic security solution that enables supirior threat detection and unmatched rapid response. Platform offers comprehensive attack surface coverage.

What do you dislike about the product?

Everything was good as of now nothing found dislike in xdr.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving both product based and trap based alerts which includes MDE, MDO, MDI AND MCAS.

What do you like best about the product?

It's a mix of EDR and NDR and act as a SIEM solution, can add many customers in one portal.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not have full vision on many solutions and have low community.

To manage and help to monitor and triaging and make investigations to many customers.
