Apache Tomcat Server on Windows Server 2022

What do you like best about the product?

I am using this server in my spring boot project.It is very easy to implement.Lots of features present in this server.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing I can see as a dislike in this server but lot we can improve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the problem in my spring boot like I don't have to add any external server.It is inbuilt server of spring boot.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing would be performance, ease of installation and set up.The integration set up is made easy and is very light weight. It is known for its reliability as well

What do you dislike about the product?

The things that I dislike is the UI, which could be handled in a better way. Rather being simplistic, the UI could hold some additional features as well. This is not good for logging mechanism.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main advantage that i would say is the scalability and how light weight it offers. These features is very supportive to the developers which makes ease of use.

It is project need language java ,it has apache server .

What do you like best about the product?

It is simple to install and configure on Windows Server 2019 and it uses less memory, making the program speedier. It integrates Java apps and IDE modules pretty effectively, and we can integrate with Jenkins servers and AWS EC2 instances without problems.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel that they need to improve security viabilities and it would be best if they could add recovery program when it crashes

It works very well with AWS Infrastructure, and our servers are hosted in the AWS cloud.

It's very easy to write codes and execute them . Well advanced code cotation, very user friendly.

Need more memory, need to be more practice to work on it

Processing thousands of application requests with out causing any latency and issues

* Easy integration with IDE.
* Easy to configure on local system.
* Open source and free.
* multiple security features can be configured with ease.
* Easy to configure all settings using xml files.

What do you dislike about the product?

* Sometimes it's unstable and throws unwanted errors.
* large apps gets crashed when load is too hight.
* updates are not very stable sometimes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me in testing my application by deploying them on my local machine using Apache webserver. Debugging and fixing issues on this web server is also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?

Its secure, stable, reliable, and most importantly easy to use with such an amazing GUI. Combination of Windows and GUI is empowering and makes work a lot easier.

What do you dislike about the product?

The amount of space (disk space) taken is huge and usually tends to face performance issues. Whereas in Linux it is much lighter. There are a few memory leaks I have faced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A stable, reliable file server system. Useful for enterprises. Helps in building and maintenance of APIs. Security protection is also good. Multi-threading support is a big advantage.

We have used APache Tomcat as our web server and the application was hosted on the windows server, initially we thought of using IIS but we switched to tomcat

Nothing's there to dislike, we have been using tomcat since many years in windows, but its first time we have ever used it on windows though.

We are using it to take care of our application HTTP requests and responses.

It's nest in market with other servers comapred on windows family platform and easy to use .

Time taking for loading the contemt is bit higher
