Fast & suitable tool for QA teams
What do you like best about the product?
I`m using Zebrunner on day-to-day basis for my QA activities (including test cases creation, execution of manual test runs, building automated test runs and validating executed tests results). I have experience with other similar tools, hence I`d like to highlight Zebrunner`s benefits here: easy & fast to use, intuitive interface, having all capabilities & features required for me to properly perform QA activities, good customer support with fast releases & ongoing product improvements. I like it and I don`t have much desire to use competitive tools, since Zebrunner covers everything I need for my work
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I encountered minor issue with test cases clonning (I assume some links inserted in few test cases caused that), but that was never reproduced for me later and not affected my tasks much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily run automated tests withing suites and review their results. UI is simple & intuitive, all required metrics and logs are present for each execution & test, including execution artifacts. So, whenever there is an issue in the product I`m testing, I can simply identify what caused the issue with Zebrunner toolset. When managing manual test runs, those can be easily organized and executed, hence it`s a one-way solution for me for testing activities

Smooth, intuitive, and seamlessly integrated test management system
What do you like best about the product?
1. First of all, Zebrunner, as companie's test management system, significantly streamlines test management process, so our team can execute tests faster and with greater accuracy.
2. I can asume that user interface is user-friendly and intuitive, that makes easy for me to navigate and utilize features effectively.
3. Zebrunner generates detailed and wide-ranging reports, and it's provides valuable insights into overall testing process and also gives opportunity to identify areas for improvement.
4. And most efficient as for me, it's offers extensive customization options, allowing to fit any specific requirements and preferences on the project.

It's been challenging to find any significant downsides. My overall experience of using Zebrunner has been mostly positive, with great performance rates, intuitive features, and usefull integration. I'm truly impressed with the product.

I strongly believe that Zebrunner provide to my organization improvement for time-to-market, reducing costs, enhancing product quality, therefore increasing customer satisfaction, and, for sure, leading to greater competitiveness at the market.
Easy and fast test case management tool

We are currently using the free version of Zebrunner, which has proven to be sufficient for our current needs, offering a robust set of features without any cost. The tool's design is visually appealing, enhancing the overall user experience with a good-looking UI that makes navigation and functionality feel intuitive. This combination of ease of use, aesthetic appeal, and intuitive operation makes Zebrunner an outstanding choice for teams looking to enhance their testing processes efficiently and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Test Automation Engineer, Zebrunner has proven immensely beneficial for my projects. I highly recommend Zebrunner, especially for the Carina Framework. It was simple to integrate and link test cases. Also, Zebrunner's user-friendly interface made it simple to do many tasks, such as analyzing test reports, creating launchers, and creating bug issues for Jira directly from the Zebrunner test reports.
They also have friendly and quick tech support. Being new to the platform, I chose the wrong version of Zebrunner, and they were fast to help me change it to the version I needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it's a great platform. However, if you plan to import test cases, I recommend reading the documents before doing anything. I wasn't aware of the structure to import test cases for generic CSV, and I had to do some editing. It's not a big deal, but something to be aware of.
