What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Harmony Mobile is its discretion.
The agent doesn't bother or interfere with the user; it simply works in the background, maintaining security without drawing attention. This is crucial for our company, as it allows our team to focus without worrying about pop-ups or performance issues. At the same time, it offers the comprehensive protection you'd expect from Check Point security products.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement with Harmony Mobile is the limited documentation, especially during initial setup. Without a certified partner or someone on your team with experience, getting everything up and running smoothly can be challenging. Some advanced settings aren't well explained, and the guide is too general when you really need more step-by-step images. Once configured, however, it works excellently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Harmony Mobile helped us improve mobile device security, something we hadn't previously addressed effectively. Many of our colleagues use their phones to access emails, documents, and corporate apps, often from public networks or locations outside the office. We didn't have a reliable solution until we started using Harmony.
Great protection but could be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Check Point Harmony Mobile is how seamlessly it uses minimal performance on mobile devices. It doesn't affect anything or create any additional load; it works perfectly, silently, and in the background. Most importantly, it provides a high level of security for my data and apps on my phone. It's very clear and doesn't generate excessive false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another thing I dislike about Harmony Mobile is that the user interface could be a bit more intuitive at times especially when trying to access specific settings or features it sometimes takes a few extra taps to get where I need to go and that can be frustrating when I am in a hurry also the initial setup felt a little more technical than expected which might be tricky for someone less familiar with mobile security tools but once it is running it does its job well

Harmony Mobile helps us protect users' mobile devices as they access organizational resources from different locations. It provides robust protection without impacting performance or interfering with our workflow, which is crucial since our staff needs to stay productive and connected wherever they are. Knowing our data is secure, even on mobile devices, facilitates remote work without compromising security or adding unnecessary vulnerabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature in Harmony Mobile is being able to apply our policies in mobile devices, such as url filtering and program installations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels outdated in mobile devices. We need to install it on the device directly which slows down adoption for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to protect mobile devices in our company from attacks and control devices configurations. The program itself provides security and enforces applied policies to mobile devices.
Managing mobile devices with Harmony Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can manage mobile devices, that usually are very unprotected, and I can manage it all through the infinity portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost is expensive for what the app does, and compared to competitors.

We can do threat prevention on mobile devices that our sales team use. There is also the advantage of managing the access each user has to the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a thoughtful product that you didnt know you needed. Many tech administrators are desperately seeking ease of access to organisational resources and many extend VPN to the phones without really considering the threat edge extension. Thats harmony mobile comes in to add the mobile phone as an official endpoint to the network by stoping threats like ransom ware , phishing and zero day threats

the product is quite pricy for those seeking budget friendly technologies.

What I like about harmony mobile is its ability to provide advanced protection against mobile threats such as malware , phishing and app vulnerabilities. It provides seamless security across multiple attack vectors, including apps, networks and operating system.The solution also offers us real time threat intelligence to proactively safeguard our mobile devices.

Harmony mobile can be a bit complex to configure especially for non-tech users. Additionally it may occasionally cause compatibility issues with certain apps, requiring manual adjustments.

It benefits us by ensuring our mobile devices stay secure from evolving cyber threats safeguarding our work related data while maintaining smooth device performance. Oh It's Smishinh detection, robust security that it provides through real time scanning and protection when using open wifi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features lucks like removing existing threats from your mobile and the user of the app can uninstall the app any time without administrator allowance if i don't miss if this feature is incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just using harmony mobile for 2 users for now for almost 6 month and from what I have grasped the solution is effective at keeping the data on your mobile and it solves our concerns to install some apps on our mobile by giving us recommendations to install or not on our mobile. And above all if we think of scaling up the solution is flexible for this.
