What do you like best about the product?

I like being able to have multiple companies open at once. It’s really handy when I need to compare between them and make sure transactions across all of them are correct. Overall, it creates a smoother experience.

What do you dislike about the product?

When importing a large journal it can take a while for it to be processed and update, also the defaults can randomly return to american date stamp which causes our journals to be rejected

I'm not sure

Easy to print checks and pay bills in the system

I dont necessarily dislike anything in sage.

Easier Bill pay and integrations for our different entities

ADP Integration and the user interface are great features

Performance is inconsistent, sometimes it performs very slowly or freezes.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Sage Intacct's ease of use and navigation, which makes it simple for new users to figure out how to do things without needing much help. I also appreciate the software's features that support accounting reconciliations and project reviews all in one system. It's straightforward to learn quickly, making it easier to onboard new people who have never worked with the software. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially with the help of a robust IT team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the reporting capabilities could be improved, like not being able to set a report to run as of today.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct allows us to do all of our accounting reconciliations and project review in one system.

What do you like best about the product?

Matching tool on the bank, this makes reconciling the bank easy

What do you dislike about the product?

Thinks can be clunky and sometimes work one day and not the next. It is very hard to reverse or change things once posted. VAT is not well considered/thought out on intacct.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stock, this can be tracked easier and mean no issues

I like the reports, the purchase order and subcontract feature in Sage Intacct. They help me do my day-to-day job and provide insights to our firm.

I don't like the customer service and the price of the service. Also, the add-ons to the main service can be a concern.

I use Sage Intacct for accounting inputs and to see spending data. The reports, purchase order, and subcontract features help me in my day-to-day job and provide insights to our firm.

What do you like best about the product?

Sage is an excellent and useful program for managing construction and accounting tasks. I work daily in Sage and find it easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing to dislike. I would recommend Sage over any other software.

Our business has been successful and we believe Sage is an integral part of that success.

the fact of opening different tabs for different entities in the same time and deosnt log you out

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how customized and easy to navigate Sage Intacct is. I also like being able to view transactions and drill into account activity when researching invoices, payments, or discrepancies, which makes my day-to-day more efficient. The accordant reporting is a second favorite for me because it's quick and the reports are easy to generate and view. I found the initial setup very user-friendly and easy to follow. The support team is fantastic, providing help whenever needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish I could duplicate Change Requests so that it's easier to enter multiple at a time. For example, if I am creating 15 Change Requests for a project and most of the information is the same, aside from description and price, it would be great if I could duplicate what I'm doing and then edit the information I need to replace.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Sage Intacct to manage accounts receivables efficiently by providing centralized access to invoices, payments, and account activity, which improves accuracy and visibility.

What do you like best about the product?

I'm new to the system in the last couple of weeks and, whilst there have been some challenges as there always is getting used to a new system, I've found it pretty intuitive and so far been able to find everything I need reasonably easily. One thing I really value are the multiple export options in different formats, for whatever is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would prefer to have some more AI intelligence (summaries and insight) baked into the system to allow for more seamless insight and automation - although it may be that I just haven't found these areas yet.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our accounting needs - the integration to our banking and CRM systems is also key in ensuring all data is accurate and complete, to allow us to meet our reporting requirements
