What do you like best about the product?

Web based, links with our external products, and data comes out ready to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

The pricing, the weird disconnect with construction modules. I really dislike the way you have to get a G702/3 invoice once to include a retainage release.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intacct allows us to easily export data to do analysis.

What do you like best about the product?

The P.O system is Simple and easy to understand. Paying bills is also quick and easy. Faster than using Sage 100 prior to us upgrading.

What do you dislike about the product?

When paying bills, some detailed report that separates the payments I did, ACH/Checks/ or Record Payments. More detailed report for upper management to review and approve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The faster process of issuing payments saves me time.

Consider implementing a more detailed reporting system to enhance management oversight.

I like the automation and ease of use. This is the smartest accounting system I have ever used.

No real down-side to using Sage Intacct.

Sage is helping automate monthly and quarterly accruals.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Sage Intacct as our accounting software because it minimizes manual work. I like that it helps automate mundane procedures. It lessens the data entry time and allows us to focus on other items.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have some issues with Sage Intacct's AP Bills Beta Import System. They need to send us more detailed updates and improve their response time on tickets. The initial setup was also a bit rough.

Sage Intacct minimizes manual work, automates mundane procedures, and lessens data entry time, allowing us to focus on other tasks.

Sage Intacct makes it easy to extract and analyze large volumes of financial data quickly, helping streamline reporting and month‑end close activities.

Some modules require multiple clicks to access detailed data, which can slow down navigation when handling large datasets

Sage Intacct helps automate complex accounting tasks like journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. This has significantly shortened our month‑end close process

What do you like best about the product?

Sage Intacct supports our learning process with a highly intuitive interface, helping new users get up to speed and become proficient with the system quickly. The pricing for Sage Intacct is well-aligned with the value provided. While it is a premium investment, the efficiency gains, robust automation, and advanced reporting capabilities offer a strong return on investment, making it well worth the cost for our organization's needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

The interface feels outdated, which makes navigation less intuitive and slows me down, especially in more complex workflows. On top of that, third-party integrations are cumbersome to set up and manage, and the reporting modules don’t offer the flexibility needed to accommodate unique business requirements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct has streamlined our financial reporting by automating what used to be manual reconciliations. As a result, we reduced our month-end close by 15 days and gained real-time visibility into our numbers, which helps our leadership team make faster, data-driven decisions.

permissions and authorization can be complicated

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

it can be handle intercompany transactions very well and can be looked from the top level or from entity level and for franchise in different location, it has been very helpful to locate expenses in correct entity/store

What do you like best about the product?

The best feature that Sage implements is its strong User interface as well as its ability to easily show users reports on timekeeping. The Sage team goes above and above when it comes to support as well. They are always friendly and there to help.

What do you dislike about the product?

The speed at which new features are implemented could be improved upon. The Sage team is always open to new features, but they come out at a slower rate. For instance, updated AI could be implemented to better optimize workflows

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage helps our organization time keep. Not only that, but it also helps our team stay organized and thorough in how we spend our time. All of this allows our organization to be more efficient and on top of the things we need to do.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Sage Intacct user-friendly and it makes it easy to enter and pay bills. I also like that I can favorite things that I use often, which helps in locating where I need to go in the system.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I am paying bills, I do not like that I cannot create a filter to sort the bills by amounts low to high when doing ACH. This makes it extremely difficult to use and very time-consuming, especially when I have over 100 bills to go through. Also, sometimes the AI chat assistant isn't user-friendly. You have to be too specific to get help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct makes it easy to enter and pay bills. It's user-friendly and allows me to favorite frequently used items, making navigation easier.

What do you like best about the product?

Sage Intacct is great for keeping track of orders and the timeline of each one so it's easy to find the order in the system and therefore physically in the building.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike how many windows are needed to perform one action. Plus the different windows all look very similar. It felt like a maze when I was first learning all the systems. I had to really focus on what I was doing because if I miss a step the order is all messed up. For example, to process a Return Exchange, we need to go through the Shipper window and convert to Website Sales Exchange then on to Return Exchange Replace. A process that has a lot of room for error.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct is great for keeping track of our tracking numbers and giving us a way to keep track of Internal Notes for individual orders. I also love that I can search for a Tracking Number alone and find the order that way as well.
