Powerful, Flexible Financial Platform with Room to Grow on Projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is the combination of a clean, intuitive interface with genuinely powerful reporting. The dimensional structure is a game-changer — being able to slice financials by location, department, project, or any custom dimension without needing a separate chart of accounts for every cut keeps things clean and scalable.
The real-time visibility is also a huge win. I can pull current financial data whenever I need it rather than waiting on month-end, which makes decision-making much faster. The customizable dashboards and report writer let me build exactly the views I need, and the cloud-based access means our team can work from anywhere without compromise.
It's a system that scales with you — equally capable for day-to-day transactional work and for executive-level analysis.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap for me is the Project module — it needs to be significantly more robust. For organizations doing meaningful project-based work, the functionality falls short of what the rest of the platform delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has solved several core problems for us. First, it gave us a single source of truth for financial data across multiple branches and entities, eliminating the manual consolidation work and spreadsheet gymnastics we used to rely on. The dimensional reporting structure means we can analyze performance by branch, department, or service line without maintaining a bloated chart of accounts.
Automated accounting package, consolidation and streamlining processes and workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct saves time because its automated and also helps with consolidation for multi corporates with many subdivisions. I see consolidation as its major strength. Also can be integrated with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct needs proper training, and I think it has challenges with other systems integration, the sync process needs patience, and there are many system glitches. I think it is in its complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of its automation, it is best with consolidation, and helps streamline processes and workflow. That is its strength, especially for routine tasks
Sage Intacct: Customizable, Easy to Use, and Makes Reporting a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intactt is highly customizable while still being easy to use. When we implemented it, we were able to reduce our chart of accounts by more than 3,000 accounts by using dimensions. Reporting is a breeze, and every staff member on our team has a custom dashboard so they always know exactly where their budget stands and can drill down to the underlying transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about Sage Intacct. Overall, it’s been a clear improvement in every way compared with the platform we were using before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has taken our reporting to a new level. It saves me a ton of time thanks to automations and third-party applications that sync seamlessly to the general ledger. My non-accounting team members can easily access the information they need, and because it was built for accountants by accountants, I feel confident I can trust the process.

Streamlined Reporting with Collaboration Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sage Intacct allows me to see everything in one report, which is really convenient. I also appreciate how it's essential for collaborating with the VWO team, keeping my whole team on the same page. We all know what everyone is doing, and we're able to work efficiently together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timing, sometimes loading before it takes a long time. And sometimes, it crashes easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sage Intacct valuable for keeping my team on the same page and facilitating collaboration, as we always know what everyone is doing.
Seamless Automation and Instant Reporting with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I really look forward to all the automation and AI features coming out with Sage Intacct. I love how, in my last job using Sage, reports updated quickly and how it was easy to pull any information needed. I could dive deeper into a number by just clicking it, and the invoice or bill would pop up, which was super convenient. I've really enjoyed using Sage Intacct so far. I've also had a good experience previously using Sage Intacct with bill.com, and we're exploring other integration options with API automation tools and connecting it to our EMR. This implementation has gone great, and I'm excited about getting my hands on the data and dimensions features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct simplifies our accounting with automation and AI features. It allows easy report updates and quick access to information. We're switching from Microsoft Great Plains for its invoice creation and advanced reporting features, which were lacking in Excel.
Real-Time Visibility and Easy Access Boost Decision-Making
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sage Intacct and the ability to access it anytime by mobile devices or PC. The ability to access allows the end users to have real-time data for decision making at all levels of the organization. I would highly recommend it as we have found additional added benefits once we were live and still finding new benefits each year.

Purchasing approvals due to our complex approval policy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sage Intacct provides more visibility in almost real-time and allows users to drill back to source documents. It also enables real-time data access for decision-making, thanks to its ease of use and accessibility on mobile devices or PCs.

The ai tools look helpful, fixing approvals, aggregating data across the system; and easier report writing
Powerful ERP with Highly Customizable Options and Functions
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very powerful, with many customizable options and functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modular system design makes working in the system challenging as simple tasks would need additional cost to complete when other ERPs have them included automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us do the basic accounting functions needed to run the business but also gives robust reporting/coding options that will be implemented.

It can feel complicated to set up and a bit rigid at times, especially when I need highly customized reporting or very specific workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps address challenges such as a slow month-end close, manual Excel-based reporting, and limited visibility into financials. It makes these processes more manageable by reducing reliance on spreadsheets and improving overall insight into financial information.
