What do you like best about the product?

I love that there's a number of different shortcuts available, and the platform overall is very user friendly, with updates released every quarter to enhance the user experience. Awesome platform!

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the fact that when multi-currency base functionality is turned on, many of the cash management related features are not available at Top Level, and only available at Entity Level. This makes the workflow very disruptive and confusing for the team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's ability to slice and dice data, allowing reports to be filtered has helped improve efficiency and user decision making when analyzing these report.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Sage Intacct is easy to use and learn, making it convenient to handle all of our accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statement preparation. I also appreciate being able to make changes and corrections on the fly. We can seamlessly import our payroll entries from Paylocity and rental entries from MRI into Sage Intacct.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are no issues that I do not like about the product

Sage Intacct handles all our accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statement preparation. It's easy to use, learn, and allows quick corrections.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Sage Intacct is its user-friendly interface, powerful reporting capabilities, and real-time financial visibility. It helps streamline processes, reduce manual work, and make faster, more informed business decisions.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main area for improvement is that some features can take time to learn, especially when creating customized reports or navigating more advanced functions. A more intuitive setup process and additional built-in guidance would make the user experience even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct is helping us streamline financial processes, reduce manual work, and improve the accuracy and visibility of our financial data. Its reporting and automation capabilities allow us to save time, monitor performance more effectively, and make faster, better-informed business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?

It's simple to use and user friendly, integration and training has very helpful. Running report and creating your own report was a learning curve but helpful. Pricing seems to be a line.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish the enhanced view looked different, or that you could use some of the features from the enhanced view in the regular view.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I currently don't have any issues

Very user friendly, easy to navigate, Sage University is especially helpful for training and documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing so far, it can be a little overwhelming in the beginning but after finding Sage University, I've found it easier to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing transactions and bills, keeping organized multiple payout dates.

the custom report builder allows you to create reports based on whichever fields you need

What do you dislike about the product?

The automatic timeout feature where I have to keep logging in after an hour, i've tried to change this as the primary admin with no success

we are excited to bring on the fixed asset and lease module

What do you like best about the product?

Sage Intacct is genuinely user-friendly and well organized. The layout makes sense, so I can find what I need without hunting around, and the overall structure makes navigating between modules and reports feel intuitive rather than clunky.

What do you dislike about the product?

My main frustration is with deleting invoices. Before I can delete one, I have to expand/open it just to see all the relevant details first, rather than being able to view that information directly from the list view. It adds an extra step to what should be a quick action.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a big help with reconciliation, making it easier to match transactions and keep accounts accurate. That directly supports my daily workflow and saves me time I'd otherwise spend cross-checking things manually.

What do you like best about the product?

To be honest I am only passive towards Sage - saying what I like best about it would give off the impression I really enjoy a certain aspect of it, which is not the case.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the filtering in Sage needs work. for example if I want to search for a specific GL account, I can only start from the beginning, I cannot type in a word in the GL account name. Additionally when a GL account has no activity for the year even if it started/ended with the same balance, the GL export just doesn't include this account. Why would I want a GL export with accounts missing, even if there is no activity in the year? it doesn't make sense. I also get logged out if I stay away from my computer for a bit of time. The GL filtering I mentioned above is also the same when I want to look up entities - I have to look it up from the beginning otherwise it will not work.

It is a large platform than quickbooks and allows us to quickly view all of our entity data

I like that searching for things is easy

I feel like there are too many extra steps to accomplish any task

It is giving us one space to handle AP and AR

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Sage Intacct allows for a certain level of customization from the ground up, particularly with detailed integrated data points such as managing different dimensions and reporting structures. The seamless consolidation of our entities is impressive. It also offers really clear and defined controls within each of our operating cycles, like revenue and expense management, as well as invoicing and purchase orders.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there are certain add-on modules within Sage Intacct that could require improvement, such as the prepaid module and the fixed asset module. Even though they are detailed for entering and processing items, they sometimes can't withstand the volume of accounts, additions, or adjustments. It could use fewer clicks and ways to pull in additions automatically or make the right adjustments.

I handle accounting workflows with Sage Intacct, which simplifies processes like month-end close and expense management. It provides clear controls, customizes dimensions, and consolidates entities for our multi-entity organization.
