What do you like best about the product?

It’s fairly user-friendly and offers a lot of capabilities, with many ways to drill down into details and switch between different modules and journals. The reports are highly customizable, which is a big plus. We’ve integrated BILL to Sage, and so far it’s working mostly well. The application loads quickly and transitions between different views just as fast. The AI help tool is very helpful for answering most application questions, and Sage University provides plenty of in-depth information on the various modules.

What do you dislike about the product?

Many modules that I'd consider to be basic accounting modules (FA, Prepaids) are not included by default. AP Bills view doesn't show all "relevant" invoices quickly (same Vendor, same GL) similar to other AP processing tools.

Accurate and detailed accounting records

Very easy to use and navigate what you see is what you get

Sometimes it can be slow and crashes sometimes

I find it user friendly for the most part. I think that there are certain aspects that are what you make of them like the allocations module for example. This can be super simple or super intricate depending on company needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think that the reporting can be a bit clunky when dealing with custom reports. Not every field is "reportable" but this data lives in the system. Why can't we report on it?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage is helping our team to lessen the need for manual processes and it saves time.

What do you like best about the product?

Good for consolidating information and providing more in-depth reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI feels a bit old and can be slow at times. Overall, it’s somewhat dated, but it still serves its purpose.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows for us to quickly and smoothly consolidate information. Also the import features across the board helps us save time.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the ability to delete things easily if needed. I also like the many ways you can tailor it to your operation using different configurations and dimensions.

What do you dislike about the product?

The Fixed Asset module is clunky and difficult to get just right. Sometimes the only way to fix something is to dispose of it and replace it with a new FA#. The depreciation doesn't always calculate or post correctly. Reports are super complex to build and maintain. It is very hard to figure out how to do certain things correctly in Intacct because there are so many dependencies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the data output that I can use in Datarails and the Claude plugin is also helpful. It helps me to analyze the data outside of the program, which is often easier to do than to build reports inside Sage.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to review P&L reports and click on the GL within that to check invoices

Better reasoning why journal imports don't work on the website rather than through an email

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

reviewing costs are easier in Safe intacct than other versions of Sage

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate Sage Intacct's usability and how easily I can generate reports with full customization. The import feature is also handy for updating customer details and managing data without having to enter everything manually. I find the customer reports easy to use and helpful, and the platform's ability to help me allocate cash to invoices and track customer accounts with outstanding balances is invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are some quirks with Sage Intacct that could use improvement. When issuing a dunning notice, the invoice is completely locked from any tweaks, which means you can't add a PO number. Also, you can't easily add a PO each month as you have to manually add one for each invoice, rather than being able to add it to the contract so it automatically populates. Additionally, when generating invoices, it's not easy to amend the terms of the invoice; you have to do this manually one by one. Better functionality with POs and the ability to change the net terms/due date on invoices would be great enhancements.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct helps me allocate cash to invoices and track customer accounts with outstanding balances. It simplifies contract renewal tracking and product management, while its import feature makes updating customer details and adding revenue effortless.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robust accounting software, helps me with day to day accounting work

It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly find older transactions when I need them.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, when I’m trying to find an expense or purchase order, I have to click on it multiple times before I can get to where I need to go.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have no complaints to send to Sage right now.

What do you like best about the product?

Sage is very user-friendly. I use the system to process commission checks and run payroll for our partners.

What do you dislike about the product?

For some reason, I’m unable to integrate with Paychex, so there’s a lot of manual work required after payroll is processed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

From my perspective, I haven’t run into many issues overall, aside from the fact that it doesn’t integrate with Paychex.
